  1. They claim to use only stats for the past 2 years, so @mariashtelle1 is 99.999999999999999% right. There was a wave of outrage when they launched it. So, they removed it for about a month (I had several gigs with "---" score). As I can see, they simply returned everything in mid-April (with slight changes).

I have had ~10 of them since ancient times but 2 years ago Fiverr started to cancel them without even sending a notification (I can see it only in the app, where it shows the number of canceled orders). This January, they silently removed 4 of them, and I had no requests for around 2 weeks. I had perfect 100% stats, but their algorithm considers every cancelation as something terrible. Now, there are only 2 left (both buyers were banned immediately after placing an order), and I am patiently waiting for another punishment for something that is out of my control. And this is still my favorite (he placed 3 orders at once and canceled all of them):
  3. They used this plethora of words to justify all "rectified" orders that will still tank your success score. Seeing how it works, I am sure it's based on your messages. If you had a conversation within the order, then it's a BAAAD cancelation 😅 I had several gigs with "Effective communication" issues. After talking all the time on the order page, it changed from "NeGaTiVe IMPACT!!!" to "Room for growth." Those are gigs with only a couple of orders per year, so I need to talk more to fix it totally.

  5. These are scammers. They send QR-codes and want to steal your card info. Fiverr doesn't need your card for verification. **It would be great from Fiverr's side to solve it since this thing continue to be heard for quite a while**
  6. I think it's reasonable. I also suggest using it as a paywall and making the platform paid-only (don't kill me 😁). Two of my three previous managers were brilliant, and my current manager is always there when I need some help (she is more than brilliant 😅). I know it's not the case for many sellers, but such an increase in price may decrease the overall load on managers. Potato... cow... milk... Now I want to eat! 🤣
  7. When I moved to another country, I contacted my Success Manager and Customer Support. After their approval, I had to log out from all devices and log in again. They checked my new location and adjusted my country.
