First, I would like to explain to you that I did not create my second account "yehiaidlbi" for the purpose of working on Fiverr, but only to communicate with the support team and inquire about the reason for disabling my first and main account. I have been committed to my first account for three years and have not violated any of the terms of service or community standards.
Second, regarding the location, it is because of my use of VPN software to protect my privacy and security on the internet. I did not know that this could cause a problem with Fiverr, and I apologize for that. My first account was registered in Germany, which is the real location. I registered in Romania by mistake due to the change of location on VPN. And the logins from the United States are also due to VPN.
I ask you to understand my situation and reconsider your decision to disable my account. I have worked hard to build my reputation and earn my money on Fiverr, and I do not want to lose everything because of a misunderstanding or a mistake (I'm a level 1 Seller) . I appreciate Fiverr as a platform and a community, and I hope to continue working with you.
