  2. I said probably from the same device. The support team found somehow what you have done, and that is the reason for flagging. I would suggest you to delete 3 accounts, it could lead to a ban. Keep in mind that the forum moderation team doesn't decide about flagging accounts.
  3. I am sorry but it is useless to file multiple tickets to the support team. As they said, your profile was reviewed several times and they are convinced that you created 2 or more accounts, probably from the same device. It is a serious violation.
  4. Hi, Your gigs are very similar and you should not say that the price is negotiable. Pictures are blurry and are repeating. Do you get a solid amount of impressions/clicks?

This, and also, since the OP is asking experienced sellers - they are experienced because they honestly fought their way and didn't buy reviews thus avoiding being warned or banned very quickly. @tanzil_hasan Feel free to ask for any advice regarding business on Fiverr. The "Tips From Sellers" section is rich with business tips.
  6. That's just a bug. You can contact support@fiverr.com, but I think that anyway you'll get the new evaluation on the 15. march. You got a promotion on 23. February so I'm pretty sure that the system is not "stuck" in 15. February, in your case. You have a great success score, keep up the good work!
  7. There is no precise answer. 5 impressions are pretty low, you need impressions that lead to clicks (someone is overviewing details of the gig?). You could add some more photos and explain which topics are your speciality when writing articles.
  8. You are in a certain mode which prevents you doing business. Wait untill first few days of may. Are there any impressions lately ?

  10. Please contact support@fiverr.com. Explain to them your problem with the camera and they will offer help or an alternative.
  11. The problem is that in these cases the support thinks there is enough evidence that at least 2 accounts are created from the same device. There were already these cases of sharing devices with friends etc. It always ends the same. If the support doesn't answer you anymore, it means the decision is final.
  12. I really can't say what made your success score so low. Based on what I've reviewed, you deserve more. I see that you had problems with gigs not showing since July-August (old rating system). You still have a certain label that prevents impressions/clicks grow. I hope that will end in maybe 2 months. Do your best with existing customers. Good luck.
  13. Hi @arman405 Please wait for the support team's response. I think that you explained well, attached enough evidence to your ticket and after reviewing your communication with the buyer, they will decide in your favour.
  14. I guess that with these new rules and techniques, Fiverr became more rigorous. There are a lot of sellers who open 2 or more accounts, or if they get gig denied or banned, they just open a new one. In your case - being connected to another acc actually means that they think it's you who created both profiles. Maybe that profile is abandoned, made years ago, but it is still a violation. If the support doesn't respond to your ticket, it means their decision is final, that they are convinced that there were 2 accs made from your device (anytime).

  16. Did you get a message from Fiverr about your suspensions? It looks like you are spamming, or some kind of bot-like behaviour with these accounts. Please delete this profile "detowu" and contact support@fiverr.com, explain everything and maybe they can unban one of the other accounts.

  19. If your account got suspended, you could have opened a ticket. Opening another account in response to getting banned is something you should not do. You are not allowed to have 2 or more accounts. And if you are asking for help here, we would need your suspended account username or link to get some info, although decisions about the ban are final. This account "detowu" is empty.
  20. You have all the info in your ticket. Just wait a bit for new payoneer approval.
  21. @mehboobahmed6821 This blocked account which is connected to your account is the mayor problem. Unfortunately, the support team won't change the decision.

  23. I completely understand you. In these situations, the support team doesn't change its decision. Us mods can only ask them to review once more, which I did. Wait for 14. March, maybe you will get new clients after that - we are still not sure what it will look like for users who will get downgraded to the New seller level.
  24. Your gig is not deleted. Do you mean that you don't get impressions/clicks anymore?
  25. Some disabled accounts are connected to your account. In this case the support team doesn't change it's decision.
