Hi, Fellow Freelancers and Fiverr team,
I have been relying solely on Fiverr for my income as a freelancer and I am grateful for the support I received from the platform to grow from nothing to Level 1. I have worked hard to achieve that level and was planning on becoming a Level 2 seller soon. It was a huge shock to me when I saw my account flagged, and I am extremely worried as Fiverr was my only source of income.
Fiverr suddenly flagged my account, this also disabled any perks that I had with my account level. The initial customer support ticket that I created had the response below "Your account has been flagged due to location inconsistencies or other activities indicating a connection to violations of our Terms of Service". I was shocked by this response as there hadn't been such an issue in the past. After some sorrowful time, I replied to the ticket mentioning that there hadn't been any such activity that would violate Fiverr's policy, and I can not even think of doing that as Fiverr is my sole source of income and I can't afford to lose it. I got another response from Fiverr CS with a slightly different reason for account closure "Your account was flagged for being connected to another account that was disabled due to a violation of our policies".
@Lyndsey_Fiverr @Kesha @ana_tomy My tickets are being automatically marked as solved, and based on this forum, I see that many people are facing the same thing. We, freelancers, work really hard to get to such levels and create a profile that the buyer community trusts, it's a shame that we are being pushed away from this platform in such an inhumane manner. It is kindly requested that this matter be looked upon again and resolved ASAP! as many of us Freelancers have Fiverr as our primary source of clients and, hence primary source of income.
