  1. Yeap, all those and more! And this seller doesn't use Google Translate or any other machine translation. 😂 FAQ from one of his/her translation gigs:
  2. Me too. A dozen eggs $6.50. That's the monthly minimum wage in Venezuela, and we pay $3 for 15 eggs. So there, I beat you both! 😁
  3. What do you mean by not being able to find "[your] personal profile as a seller."?
  4. @yehiagraphics, have you checked if your buyer's account is still active? If the account is gone, it was a chargeback and Fiverr banned your buyer.
  5. Today I woke up to a message asking me for a video consultation. I found it strange because I don't offer that service.
  6. @salehchandia, is your buyer's account still active or is it no longer available? If the account is no longer available, it means it was a chargeback and Fiverr banned your buyer.
  7. Vickie, @shopifyexperts8 said he was banned "for no reason" and stated "...using only single account...". Nonetheless, that doesn't seem to be true. He posted the reply CS sent him. Only that, instead of a screenshot, he made a copy-past of the text. CS is telling him that he has been caught red-handed 👇:
  8. Well, according to Fiverr's reply, it doesn't seem to be the case 👇
  9. I guess the Chat bot forgot to write it down. 😂
  10. Yes, it happens all the time, and I consider that behaviour very impolite. But then, there are lots of impolite people roaming the planet. So, not much you can do. 🤷‍♀️ Let them be and move on.
  11. Hi @dritpark, I won't click on links that I don't know where they will take me, so please post the screenshots.
  12. Sadly, there's nothing you, or any of us, can do to stop getting those messages. Some of them get automatically flagged by Fiverr and end up in the spam folder, but quite a few manage to go through. For those few that pass Fiverr's filter, you just need to press "spam" (look the image below)—although I would reply with a simple "No" before doing so.
  13. And I've seen them with none. Zero, nada, the void... 🤷‍♀️
  14. Unpause your gig and place a ticket asking CS to kindly look into it. Here: https://fiverr.com/support_tickets/new?source=help_center Select: Selling on Fiverr —> Gigs —> Gig status —> I still need help (at the bottom of the page). Once there, don't forget to select the gig that's still under review.
  15. And you better not. Besides reading your post, I also checked your gigs... 🙄
  16. @uk1000, this user, as hundreds of others, is using briefs to spam and look for work. No need to ask, you can bet on it! They have just replaced BR with briefs and continue to do the exact same thing. It's the endless Fiverr spamming cycle...
  17. I find many, many sellers live in some kind of Narnia they have created for themselves. People should land, softly or otherwise, and know the ground they're standing on. It will save them lots of headaches.
  18. It would be, yes! Although, in this particular case, I wasn't responding to an AI but to @donnovan86. 😂 Because Fiverr has no mercy with sellers. 😉
  19. Certainly not, but that's the ugly truth of what will happen if you, as a seller, get to mess up—intentionally or not.
