  1. I got that message saying I could promote too, a couple of hours ago. I think they’ve recently added more eligible subcategories. They preselected 2 gigs for it even though one of those gigs only has 11 reviews and the help says a gig has to have at least 30 reviews to be able to promote it.
  2. The help says it’s only for level 2 and TRS, though one Fiverr seller on the forum who is level 1 but close to level 2 in earnings said they had it. I think they fulfil all the criteria except being level 2.
  3. These are my suggestions/comments: Gig: I will do wordpress theme development customization and setup In the gig description: Maybe reword “Then, hope you are entire best place.” In the standard package “I’ll develop a website contain 5 pages” could be “I’ll develop a website containing 5 pages” In the FAQ section: “because of, I have over 4 years experienced in this field.” could be “because I have over 4 years of experience in this field.” in answer 2. Gig: I will convert PSD to HTML In the gig description: “About this gigs” could be “About this gig” “.If you need to excellent website for your own portfolio” could be “. If you need an excellent website for your own portfolio” In all 3 packages “Upto” could be “Up to” In the profile: Maybe reword “I optimize that you will have your dream site.”
  4. So this site: timesofisrael.com Israeli startup Fiverr sees Amazon as model for growthThe freelance hub has provided over 10 million online services in 150+ categories, and adds some 6000 new offerings each day was a bit wrong when they said: Maybe Fiverr meant services sold (so multiple sales of the same services would be counted multiple times) rather than the number of services currently offered on Fiverr. Some of the ones in the subcategories with the lowest number of gigs seem only available to Pro sellers, which is probably one reason why there’s so few gigs (that and they’re probably new subcategories). eg. Public Relations and Building Information Modelling seem only available to Pros.
  5. I just check >> 80,921 Services available!! Intresting , within 24 hours around 3k+ gigs are out of the search (or business.) If I search for “wordpress” I get 80,920 results (relevance sort). If I select the wordpress subcategory without entering a search and select the recommended sort it says 84,488 services available. It’s still less than the 84,545 value though.
  6. You can use all normal ASCII characters, and normal punctuation marks in the description. You can use a-z, -, +, ?,",’,$,£, commas etc. including some non-standard ones, it’s just there are certain characters you can’t use and like was suggested, using notepad to copy and paste from should help get rid of any characters Fiverr doesn’t support for gig descriptions.
  7. Maybe it’s things like where you offer “24/7 customer service”. Maybe not many TRS offer that (at least if they aren’t part of a team). Or maybe they prefer gigs that don’t offer money back guarantees/satisfaction guarantees (I think TRS don’t normally offer them). Maybe the shortened link in one gig could be an issue. Or maybe it’s how some things are written in some of the gigs, or maybe it could be to do with prices (eg. maybe the prefer slightly higher basic gig prices for TRS).
  8. You’ve added a full stop/period after “narration” in the gig title. Try removing it. Commas are allowed in gig titles but I don’t think full stops/periods are.

  10. It’s mostly about the badge I think. TRS seem to get invited to most things first. eg. Promoted gigs, ability to be a studio leader etc. They are also much more likely to get the “Fiverr’s Choice” badge (despite level 0 being the most common level, you’ll hardly ever see them with that badge).
  11. In: Gig: I will do 2 modern minimal app icon android ios business website logo with copyrights The Premium package says “Stationary”. Maybe change to “stationery”
  12. Maybe Reunion isn’t on their map because of the size of it. There doesn’t seem to be a grey part of the map where it is. But I agree, if it’s not showing both when it should be, contacting CS would be the best way to get it fixed, but they’ve got a lot of tickets to work though currently I think.
  13. Though if there’s nothing to distinguish code-wise (that the ad-blocker could see) between the promoted search results and the organic ones (ie. the code is all on the Fiverr site rather than having the ads be from a separate site like google-ads and there’s no separate pop-up window or something) then an ad-blocker probably shouldn’t be able block those ads. It seems like no one has been able to see the “AD” overlay.
  14. If it’s intentional that it isn’t shown they shouldn’t show “AD” in the help page for promoted gigs (or Promoted in the video on the help page). There’s code in the gig page ready for it, just like the Fiverr’s choice caption/tooltip or the rising talent badge.
  15. So it could be: The screenshot they gave you wasn’t showing your gig in it’s promoted position (eg. it could have been it’s organic search position)or If it was showing the promoted position, then it’s not showing it as it should (with the “AD”) since that is how they said it’s supposed to show it. Maybe it could be a bug on the search page. Really they should fix it.
  16. In their screenshot did it say “AD” or “Promoted” next to your gig? Because it should have if it was in that gig position because of the promotion.
  17. There is a bit of code in the gig page that says as some sort of tootip “This Gig is being advertised by the seller. Only top-quality Gigs can be advertised” and the caption for it is “AD” but maybe it only gets shown under certain circumstances or maybe I haven’t see one that is being promoted.
  18. But they could just make it exclude clicks from sellers from the revenue thing (so sellers won’t get charged if another seller clicks on their ads, only if a buyer-only does). Maybe they think people might create multiple accounts but that’s probably a lot harder now with their detection and verification.
  19. If that’s true the help page is very misleading by saying it should show “AD” or “Promoted”. And it’s sort of misleading to buyers too if they don’t know a particular gig in the search is actually there because it’s a promoted one (Google purposely show normal results and promoted ones separately). I wonder if there’s some legal/ethical reason for it. eg. like the paid reviews isn’t allowed but now gigs can be paid to be at the top of some search results but if it’s without the buyer knowing it’s promoted it’s not really ethical. They should be shown that really.
  20. Maybe it’s supposed to show either “AD” or “Promoted” but it actually doesn’t show either and just shows it like a normal gig. The help page should really say whether it’s supposed to be “AD” or “Promoted” though.
  21. In the gig description, 2) in the profile description, 3) in the gig video. Also in the 2nd to last gig image.
  22. It will look better to buyers and it might possibly help with orders if it’s spelt correctly in all 3 places.
  23. In the gig description and your profile: “expart” could be “expert” The same in your gig video.
  24. Maybe they just want the best animation (or whatever) possible?
