  1. Your forum stats don’t really have anything to do with your selling performance. A low percentage might get might get sales from the forum but most probably don’t.
  2. You could send offers to buyer requests. Also, In the profile: In the line of text under the user name: “Virtuat Assistant” could be “Virtual Assistant”. In the “I will do pdf, jpeg format to word, excel format” gig the premium package says "Excel file ewith your’. Also in that gig the standard package title says “PDF TO WORD” but the package description says “…pdf to Excel file” (instead of Word).
  3. Me to. Refreshing the page once got it back but most of the time/now it just shows that.
  4. Also commas are allowed as there are quite a lot of gig titles with commas. Hyphens/minus signs aren’t allowed. Are you writing the “I will” bit or are you just writing the part after “I will”?. Just the bit after the “I will” needs to be written.
  5. I’ve posted in the forum’s suggestion section for a better way to calculate and display response times. It didn’t mention that specific thing about the response times >= 24 hours though. That’s rarer though. But the whole response time thing could be shown in a better/fairer way (so that, like the thread title, people don’t feel they need to stay on all the time / have to respond half way through the night to keep their response rate low enough. As it is it pressures the sellers too much and isn’t that informative to buyers). Though Fiverr might not actually be reading the suggestions section of the forum. They used to be more involved with the forum.
  6. Yes you’d be okay if you only use one package. You wouldn’t need to differentiate the different packages then. Also you could try viewing the Google cache version in Google Chrome if you weren’t already in case that shows it better than before. But even that doesn’t show it fully correct.
  7. For the Google cache, just search for your profile URL in Google search. It will then show your deleted gig in the search results. Click on the triangle above the gig title in the search results and select “Cached”. That should show the gig. Also in the deleted gig, most of the things in each package were the same apart from the price and number of days delivery (all had 2 figures, source file, high res etc). If you made each package different enough that would help.
  8. I’ve never had that so I don’t know how it restricts you. If you can’t edit it there, maybe you can view it from there, or if not, you could view it in Google cache. It’s up to you if you want to ask CS if they can restore it (if you can’t edit it) or if you want to just recreate it (with more info in the package descriptions etc.).
  9. If the gig isn’t shown on the “gigs” page and and it doesn’t show the impressions for it there then yes they are gone (unless you could get Fiverr to restore the gig). They won’t be carried over to any new gig that you create. Maybe you changed something in the gig recently which made them look at the gig again (after each edit it goes into moderation). Or maybe they just viewed the gig randomly or maybe some other reason made them look at the gig again.
  10. Ah yes, this makes sense. 1.5 days is actually quite tricky - it’s neither one day nor two days. I think the platform just rounds it to the latter instead of the former, to give buyers the outer statistic and keep them informed that a reply can take up to 2 days. But yes, it does hurt the seller in a way (because some buyers might be deterred by the 2 day wait time if they are looking for some quick work). Though if they’re going to show it in days rather than hours (when it’s >= 24 hours I assume) then they should probably show with 1 decimal place. That way they wouldn’t be showing it with 12 more hours than the actual hours when it’s 1.5 days. eg/. they could show it as “Response Time: 1.5 days” instead of 2 days (if saying 36 hours wasn’t clear enough).
  11. If they’ve deleted it, you could contact them and ask if they can restore it. I don’t remember if someone has said they’d managed to get a deleted gig restored before. Maybe they might restore it. It might be worth asking. If they don’t restore it or you don’t ask them, you could look at the details of how the gig was in Google cache when creating a new gig for it.
  12. I think they thought the packages weren’t clear enough. eg. the package descriptions said “Basic 1000”, “Standard 2000”, “Premium 5000” but what does that mean? How would the buyer know what those numbers mean? They might have deleted the gig because you didn’t modify it when they first asked. If they did, you’d need to create it again, making sure it’s clear enough follows what they said in the email.
  13. I agree it’s unfair really and you can be unlucky really (about the times the messages appear and whether there are enough to average out the ones that you receive in the middle of the night) but just try to get enough buyers that you will get enough from timezones that you can respond to faster. Maybe send enough offers to buyer requests that you can do well and hopefully some of them will message you during times you can respond faster.
  14. I think you’re right and that it must be outnumbered by the messages you receive when you are able to quickly respond (so if you’re able to respond during your active hours within a few mins to new messages that arrive then, your average could should be able to show as 1 hour with enough of them). For people who only get their messages from people in another timezone at eg. 3 AM the response time can then get quite high. Also it’s quite unfair to sellers how it rounds response times when it gets to > a day (eg. what would be a 1.5 day response time would get shown as 2 days due to rounding - so Fiver would then have added 12 hours to the true average).
  15. Also it’s probably better to remove “available 24*7” from any gig description. I think what mostly matters is that you can respond fast enough to first messages you receive from buyers (eg. no higher than around 2-3 hours average preferably). It will matter less on gigs that don’t really need contact first.
  16. There’s a limit to the amount of space in the gig description and there’s a limit of 10 questions in the FAQ. Also buyers don’t always fully read the description. eg. In a gig I say right near the top that I use software X for that gig, and I get a message saying they have a project and I must use software Y for it (which I don’t have). That’s another place where an auto-response could have been used - I’d already said I used software X in the description and they didn’t read it. If I’d mentioned software Y anywhere in the gig to say I don’t use it that would have helped find the gig if anyone searched for that (giving irrelevant search results).
  17. What if the bots answers are just as good or better than the sellers? 🙂 If it helps the buyer in some way (eg. gives the time the seller will answer or gives more info for them it will be better than no info until the seller answers). I had a buyer ask a question that could have been answered by typing “define x” in a search engine. If someone asks the same question again an auto-response could be used and would give a faster answer, helping the buyer faster. A bot might be able to fully answer their question if the seller has entered the right auto-response. eg. it could let the buyer know straight away if the seller does a particular service and if not, they can straight away go to a different seller, saving the buyer some time waiting for a non-automated response from the original seller.
  18. These are my suggestions/comments: Gig: I will be your virtual assistant, web research and data entry work In all 3 packages “rewritting” could be “rewriting” Gig: I will create smart facebook messenger chatbot and website In the gig description: “before place your order” could be “before placing your order” Gig: I will provide a targeted email lists for email marketing campaigns Gig image says “Guranteed” instead of “Guaranteed”.
  19. Though CS doesn’t say it will “soon be available to all sellers”. They say it will be gradually introduced to more and more users and that “eventually the feature will be available to everyone”. So it sounds like it probably won’t be available soon to all sellers…It might take ages for it to be.
  20. I agree, you should remove the 5 stars from the gig image. Otherwise Fiverr might have an issue with that gig. Gig: I will do flat simple modern minimalist logo design In the basic package it says “unlimited revisions” but the number of revisions is set to 2 In the standard package it says “unlimited revisions” but the number of revisions is set to 5
  21. These are my suggestions for the gigs: Gig: I will develope or fix bugs in your javascript, reactjs, nodejs app In the gig title: “develope or fix” should be “develop or fix” Gig: I will be your front end web developer html, css, bootstrap In the gig description: It says “unlimited revisions” but none of the packages have the number of revisions value set to “unlimited” The cancellations might have lowered your rank. If you’re not getting orders directly you could respond to buyer requests that are related to your gigs that you can do.
  22. It shows the Promoted Gigs option (where it is on the screen) in the video that is linked to from the first post.
  23. This probably isn’t going to work well for the average Pro gig (Pro verified service) either. Fiverr says: Fiverr Pros are hand-vetted for different subcategories but many or most Pro gigs seem to have less than 30 reviews (maybe especially the higher priced ones) so many wouldn’t be able to be promoted with this, despite them being hand-vetted/quality gigs according to Fiverr. Maybe they might make a different rule for Pro services or maybe Fiverr don’t want them promoted with this (eg. because Fiverr promote them enough in other places).
  24. Is it one of your active gigs? Are you sure it’s in one of the subcategories they allow promoted gigs for? eg. in the “Video & Animation” category they only allow promoted gigs for the “Whiteboard & Animated Explainers” subcategory, not the “Character Animation” subcategory currently. Also if your gigs are okay re: the requirements, another reason you might not be able to see it is because sellers are manually picked for it currently according to the help page (it says “only hand-vetted sellers who meet all our quality metrics…”).
  25. Maybe it will be mostly TRS who win the top positions in the searches/categories with promoted gigs as they will probably have the higher priced gigs on average (so they might lose less per sale on average if they promoted their gigs compared to a level 2 seller with a lower price gig). Maybe also Fiverr Pros with a level 2 or TRS level (or mostly Fiverr Pros who are TRS, depending on the number of them in the subcategory). Though Pro gigs are already promoted more than other gigs.
