  1. It's similar to the ads when it comes to the way you pay. If you have the necessary amount in your balance, it takes money from there.
  2. The cancellation changes were not implemented. Fiverr sent a forum message stating they are taking this back to the drawing board.
  3. Buyer requests is not available anymore. It was replaced by Buyer Briefs.
  4. You can avoid canceling and instead you get paid and receive a review. Fiverr wants to stop people from trying to curate their ratings and cancel orders when they are not happy.
  5. Fiverr tracks only the last 2-3 months when it comes to performance. If you had a bad private review, you are pushed at the end of the pack. So unless you completed 81 orders within the past 2 months... and even if you did, if you have multiple bad private reviews, you will not see yourself in search or at least high in search results for 2-3 months. If you receive a bad review it's pretty much killing your gig for a few months. The only thing you can do is to try and deliver great work to your current clients. And hope they leave a good private review. Fiverr wants to ensure that only people which keep buyers happy are easy to find in search. So if you end up making people unhappy and they leave a bad review, obviously there's no way to get back in search unless you keep people happy. Again, Fiverr tracks only the last 2-3 months (up to 6 months when it comes to private reviews), so if you had a bad review within that timespan.. it's a problem.
  6. If you become a TRS you also wait a week. The paid option is for people that would like to get paid quicker. But don't get this wrong, the buyer can still come back and ask for a refund even if you withdrew the money. You will have -$x in your account so.. it's not like it will make a difference.
  7. You can pay for a month and test it. Maybe go for the expensive one to talk with a success manager and see the full package.
  8. So Fiverr had a lifetime discount for the first 200 Seller Plus subscribers, I am one of those and I had it ever since they launched it. As I said, I have no use for some features, but others like withdrawing money a week quicker is very handy. Same with faster customer support, that really helped me solve some issues and just enjoy my weekend/day. Are these mandatory? No, but from that to things like sending an email to the seller manager when you have any questions or need assistance, all this stuff can be handy. I kept and will continue to keep this subscription because I do have a cheaper price locked in and I am sure they will add new features to it, they always do. Would I pay $40 every month? That would not make sense for me, but I am sure it does make sense for others.
  9. Well you also want to avoid having duplicate gigs. 2 of your gigs are pretty much identical, they offer the same thing. And that's not allowed on Fiverr.
  10. The thing is, as my esteemed colleague @smashradio said, Fiverr pours a lot of extra resources to deliver these features. I find it ok that they charge extra if you want to access them, since it's not something mandatory. Are they nice to have things? Of course, but that doesn't make them mandatory. You can sell on Fiverr without them and do just fine. You already have analytics, this just gives some extra insights. Negative keywords aren't really THAT helpful, at least I don't find any use for that feature. Request to order is great, but that also means you will have way less orders. But it's nice to have if you want more control. Yet, as I said, it's not something mandatory. And it's not like Seller Plus is going to give you more sales either. It's just extra stuff that you can pay for if you want. It can enhance the selling experience, but it can also do absolutely nothing when it comes to growth and sales. And yes, as I said, some of those features I barely use myself, even if I had Seller Plus from the beginning.
  11. Well, offer a quality service, show you have great skills and you will attract great buyers. If you have a low quality and extremely inexpensive service, that tends to attract a lot of bad buyers too.
  12. Improve your service. Learn how to do a better job and increase your customer service skills to ensure customers are always happy. There are lots of things you can learn from reviews people left....
  13. I definitely agree. There wasn't even an active order... I can understand the buyer if this seller had an extremely good price and there was no one even close to that price. But if they rejected the work, it's better to move on.
  14. I think the best approach here is to just move on, as I said. If you can't share the exact conversation, we can't pick who is right. And at this point, clearly the seller doesn't want to work with you so it doesn't matter anyway, might as well move on. There are many sellers that are excited to work with you, so might as well focus your time and energy on them rather than a person that clearly doesn't want to help or can't help you.
  15. https://www.fiverr.com/seller_plus It's an invite-based system as far as I know, so you can register and most likely you will be invited. I think it's a good option.
  16. You can get Seller Plus. That Request to order feature will cover what you need.
  17. Make sure you over deliver on your orders. Offer support to clients in case they need it. Create new gigs that are different to anything else available.
  18. I feel for you man. My wife understands things are tougher, in my case I just feel bad that there's an income plunge.. But at the end of the day all that matters is to work hard and not give up. Plus, we need to adapt. In your situation I think the bad review ended up attached with a bad private review and those can haunt us up to 6 months, according to my seller manager from Fiverr. We have to avoid these bad reviews as much as possible, but the truth is that you can't really do that, because you can't please everyone. No matter how good you are, there will always be a nutso to deal with..
  19. It's not an issue. It's the reality of freelancing in 2023. There are a LOT of service providers after the pandemic and due to AI and also a pretty bad economic situation all around the globe, there aren't as many buyers. So get used to that, because chances are we won't go back to the way things were before this.
  20. You had a bad review a few days ago. Also, you have 3 bad reviews within the past 3 months. Try to improve your service.. The thing is, Fiverr will always push you back in search if you have a bad private review, and those bad public reviews most likely had a bad private reviews attached to them!
  21. Ensure that you know English? There's no way to fake it, just take the test and if you see the score is not great, improve your English. Fiverr is a platform where you will interact with sellers/buyers in English for the most part. So it never hurts to improve your English 🙂
  22. So is the order in revision mode? Did you deliver the order?
  23. You can ask buyers to review your order, as long as you don't say what rating they should leave or what they should say. If you just encourage them to leave a review, that's definitely not against the platform policies. However, manipulating the buyer to leave a SPECIFIC review you want is against the TOS and it can lead to an account warning.
  24. Well if you read the first post.. you would see this is postponed for now. It's not implemented, sellers were upset, so Fiverr is trying to revamp this and improve it. My guess is that it will be back at some point, but we will see.
  25. The thing is, we don't have any idea what was said aside from a redacted screenshot. So you can understand why we can't agree/disagree with you without knowing the whole story. It depends, the seller might have all the gig info in the description. Some sellers might choose to block someone because it felt they are not a good fit for them. And since a buyer can easily order without the seller's consent on Fiverr, maybe he wanted to avoid an order that he can't do. Then again he could have said he is not available or can't work on the stuff you want. As I said, it can be a number of things. At the end of the day it's clear they are not a good fit for you anyway, so might as well choose someone else. If anything, this situation might be a blessing in disguise, if you don't like how this person behaved, then adding money into the mix would make things messier.
