  1. It's just for people that have Seller Plus. A first time buyer can receive whatever discount you want and the campaign is for the first 10 buyers.
  2. I checked and in my case it's the same as it was last time. I think it might have to do with the average bids people do within your niche. Either that, or average gig prices, dunno. But clearly something happened.
  3. Thank you Mike! I can see why it's overlooked, because a lot, if not most sellers here want money fast. They don't really care about creating a business and being a full time freelancer. No, they just want to make money fast, and that's the issue. They couldn't care less about customers, and whenever something bad happens it's either due to Fiverr or their buyer. But it is what it is, thankfully Fiverr does push people back in search when this stuff happens so people with higher quality services can take their place.
  4. You can ask, as long as you're not telling them to review you in any way. Encouraging people to speak their mind isn't against the terms of service. Telling them how to review you is.
  5. That particular category has a minimum price of $80. That's because true website development will never be $5. If someone tries to offer that, then it's most likely a scam or a bunch of templates and assets put together which barely work. Proper development takes a lot of time, days or weeks in some cases, so $80 is certainly a minimum price for that amount of effort.
  6. There's no need for that. He just needs to mark as spam and move on. It takes just a second 🙂
  7. Yes, most likely you received one or more bad private reviews. Those can sink your gig in search for months, so improve the way you work and ensure that your clients are always happy.
  8. Most of the time AI tools are not better than what people would handcraft. Especially when it comes to writing, and even design. But each person is free to spend their money the way they want.
  9. Well in some cases buyers will be asked to leave private feedback if they cancel, even if this new feature they wanted to add is postponed. Buyers are still asked in some cases to leave a review, so even if you want to avoid bad feedback just by canceling, you might be out of luck. Ideally, you want to work with the customer and offer him the best possible service. If you can't, then you will have to cancel, but remember that in some cases buyers can still leave private feedback even after the cancellation.
  10. You tell them that's against the rules and you can't do it.
  11. You also pay for AI tools. Most of these have limitations that you need to circumvent by paying. So it's not free. However it's cheaper than some talent.
  12. Copying others is not an option. The OP is a lead generation specialist, if he is great at generating leads for others, I am sure he can do that for himself too.
  13. A lot of people don't take Fiverr seriously, that's the problem. You always want to remember your passwords, any specific questions, 2FA apps you use, etc...
  14. Sure, but it's unethical to say "I" when you have a lot of people behind the scenes doing the work for you. I saw a lot of sellers that say "I", even Pro sellers, and on socials they clearly show they have a team behind them and even created their own business. There's nothing wrong if you work with others, as long as you advertise it as such. But on Fiverr there are a lot of sellers that clearly don't state they are a team, and instead make people think they do all the work alone. Which they obviously don't.
  15. I use iOS too and I always enter the app to check stuff. I also turn notifications off, for me it's a nightmare to have notification after notification pop up at any random hour. But maybe it's just me 🙂
  16. Fiverr already forces people to offer a Display Name. You can easily show your real name and thus improve your branding efforts. The truth is that allowing people to change the username would lead to confusion and scammers would take advantage of that. It would be the worst decision Fiverr can make. If you guys made a mistake with the username, you can easily add the desired Display Name, so any issue like that is fixed in my opinion. Allowing sellers to start/stop gig multiples and have more control over their gigs, THAT is something we need.
  17. Don't encourage this... A lot of people here take posts at face value, without understanding any sarcasm or joke. Although I guess in his case it's way too late.
  18. I can only assume it also had to do with self-promotion. Usually if a person does the same bad thing twice, that's when the account gets restricted. Otherwise it would take 3 different warnings to disable the account. There's always a chance but don't get your hopes up. The chances are that you will never get your account back. That's especially true if you already had a warning for promoting your gigs to others randomly, and you did it again. If that's the case and it seems like it, then most likely you won't get the account back.
  19. Hey man! No, not yet. As you can see Fiverr decided to postpone this feature. They are still looking to add it, so I am pretty sure they are just trying to find a new way of doing that, one that won't disturb sellers. Yet at the same time, they still want canceled orders to receive a rating, so I don't know what seller will be happy with that, no matter what form it comes in. For now, that wasn't implemented, but we will have to wait and see.
  20. There's nothing else to do, the account is under review. However, you are doing what a lot of people hate, and that's send messages like "give me work", that's against the rules and no one likes to receive that kind of stuff. You shouldn't disturb others to promote your gigs because that will get you banned as you can see. Only Fiverr's team will decide what happens with your account. But in general, forcing your services down people's throats will always lead to problems, so regardless of where you will be freelancing next, keep that in mind.
  21. You can read the Terms of Service here: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service
  22. I assume you can go to customer support and show proof that it's you. But not remembering your childhood nickname, that's weird.
  23. It's not a feature. If you are subscribed to Seller Plus, whenever you send a message to customer support, it's set in front of other messages, and they will reply within 5 hours.
  24. All reviews are permanent. Regardless of the stars, those reviews will remain on your profile as long as your profile is active. Even if you delete gigs, those reviews, be it good or bad, will remain on your profile page.
  25. Promoting your gig on social media is a great start. You can also try to create more gigs, hopefully that will increase your traffic.
