Where can we view the 2023 End of Year summary again?
donnovan86 replied to tb0y298's question in Starter Questions
Pretty sure they send an email too. You can check the notifications on the website then. I never got it and I know that 2023 was the worst year for me due to AI, so I thank them for not sending that. -
Good luck. But as I said, don't rely on becoming a Pro seller, most people don't 🙂 Try to build up your profile and generate more sales. Also, increasing prices right now won't really make a difference, because Fiverr can see what price your previous sale/s had...

If you are very qualified within your niche and have the background to prove it, sure. But remember, the chances of becoming a Pro are very low. Those people were most likely invited by Fiverr to join the platform..

Where can we view the 2023 End of Year summary again?

I, for one, never got that. However, I think you can go back and check the email. Most likely you can check it all again if you want to. -
YouTube SEO gig delete on fiverr automatic why?
donnovan86 replied to anik_mia_vhai's question in Starter Questions
Most likely you are offering a service that's not allowed. Usually when a gig is denied, they also tell you a reason for the denial. -
When you Google "how to join Fiverr Pro", this shows up https://help-pro.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/17029281011217-How-to-Become-a-Fiverr-Pro-freelancer and you have an application link there. Funnily enough, you're the second person asking the same question today. I would hold off until you get more reviews and stuff, your account is very new. But that's my opinion, feel free to try and apply right now.

How to Become a Fiverr Pro freelancer?
donnovan86 replied to hdhiren's question in Starter Questions
To be fair.. you want to be a Pro freelancer on Fiverr but can't Google "Fiverr Pro"...? It's the first link in search results, and the one right under is an FAQ where they link you directly to the application page.- 10 replies

I can share my gig any social media?
donnovan86 replied to minhaz1993's question in Starter Questions
It's fine, but realistically you shouldn't expect any sales. Not everyone that follows you might be interested in buying your service. Some might even see it as spam. -
A question for those who get multiple orders at the same time.
donnovan86 replied to viciam11's topic in Lounge
As the others said.. set some realistic deadlines and ideally, work on projects in the order you received them. That way, everyone is happy and you're not delaying orders.- 9 replies

So you have more than one Fiverr account. You realize that breaks the rules, right? You can't have more than one account. That will get you banned.

Well many niches are hit by AI. Graphics, writing, these tend to see a lot of damage from AI. So it's expected to see less orders, since people started using AI to generate that type of content. There are still plenty of clients, but certainly less than what it used to be.

I think you're missing the point. Try to read the rules many times, understand them and follow them properly. If you just want to see how many times you can break the rules before your account shuts down, don't. Read the terms of service, and avoid any problems. There are people that have been here since the beginning, I've been here for 10 years as well. Stay within the Fiverr rules and you will be fine.

what to do in order to get TRS badge
donnovan86 replied to mariaxcreations's question in Starter Questions
I would say don't worry about it. Just focus on delivering the best work and keep your clients happy. That's what matters. You can still be level 2 and earn more than top rated sellers. Also, a badge doesn't make or break your future here on the platform.- 7 replies

Do we really need dozens of topics about this... I get it, it's New Year's, but there are already multiple topics about this already, and they all say the same thing 🙂

Focus on getting work on Fiverr's main website. The forum is useful if you want to ask for help, to receive guidance and also solve various issues that others might have gone through. As Alex said, you're not getting orders here, and those badges are shiny, but useless.

Is AI going to eat Google Ads and others in the future?
donnovan86 replied to ahmed_imtiazz's topic in Website Development
AI is already used by Google to serve you ads. If anything it will become even smarter and you will have highly targeted ads.- 5 replies

Give me 5 best instruction to create a stunning gig.
donnovan86 replied to timessc12's topic in Gig Advice
Don't copy other gigs Use your industry knowledge and experience to stand out Show your previous work Don't steal images from other gigs, same can be said when it comes to their information (copy/pasting is a bad thing) Avoid offering the same services like other people. Generally, offering the same stuff everyone does means you will be outshined by older gigs, and not a lot of people might give you a chance. Try to be unique, with both your gig presentation, but also the type of service you offer.- 4 replies

As Vickie said, the problems appear if your buyer started the order and said stuff like "I will send the info later". That's an issue because you are already under a deadline. But in that case, you can go to customer support.

Well, if a solo freelancer competes with a team, that's quite unfair. And I can say that for a fact, because a team has a much larger output, more frequent deliveries and other things that are favored by the algorithm. Sure, that might also lead to a lack of consistency in some cases. But overall, teams tend to receive the upper hand from the algorithm. And I can say that for a fact, seeing the writing niche I am in. From what I saw in other niches, it's similar. It's been like this for a decade so it's not like they changed it in any way. I doubt they ever will. How can you know if someone is a team or not anyway.. since they can easily lie, in fact most teams hide under the solo freelancer moniker, few of them actually disclose they are a team and not just their team leader taking the orders. Obviously I have a problem with that because I work alone, so it's quite unfair to be positioned against teams.. because they can deliver more stuff quicker, and in general I saw the algorithm favors them. I also saw that many teams ended up banned though, because when you have such a large output, it's a lot easier to break the rules as you're in a constant rush to deliver. At this point I am used to that. But as I said, from my experience, teams are favored by the algorithm, since they deliver quicker, make revisions quicker, etc. So they do have an advantage, although there are cons to that as well.
-
And they work alone, right? As a solo developer/writer/freelancer, how the heck can you compete with those people? Because I am sure Fiverr doesn't differentiate solo freelancers and teams. Plus even if they would give such an option, most people would lie anyway.

It seems very fishy and fraudulent. In my opinion, you should either ask why they need to set that up (because it's something they can do themselves) or just avoid the order entirely. If it's fishy, you can end up losing your account or anything they would pay for the order at the very least. So it's a good idea to stay away from anything even remotely fishy.
-
You've been on Fiverr for more than a year and never got an order, Fiverr is promoting new gigs now, if you're not getting any orders, it will continue to go down most likely. And stop listening to "stay online", it's a waste of time.

What to do with an order when customer changes his mind?
donnovan86 replied to the_ai_artisan's question in Starter Questions
Well as @vibronx said, the AI did the work. You offer a service where you create AI art, and you call yourself the AI Artisan. With all due respect, you have an username that clearly involves AI, some of your gigs focus on AI art, so clearly the AI does the work and you refine it.- 6 replies
