The Revenues Page Problem That Is Not a Problem [2017 - Resolved]

I apologize if this isn’t a good fit for Tips for Sellers, I couldn’t think of a better one.

Anyway.

The same thing happens every year, close to the end, and scares some sellers: it appears as if your Revenues page doesn’t show ALL of your completed orders. Your “Pending Clearance” balance at the top of the page is correct, but the last date on the “Funds Pending Clearance” is December 31st. The remaining orders/funds pending clearance seem to be missing.

That’s not a bug.

It happens because the page is set to show this year. Look at the drop-down menus under the withdraw buttons, and the defaults are “Everything”, “2016”, and “All Months”.

Change “2016” to “2017”, and you’ll see the rest of your orders/funds pending clearance.

Don’t panic. 😸
