  3. The situation is very bad here but i don’t think only India is getting through this tough situation. So my blessings to all who is going through this challenging situation…God give them strength and courage to face this pandemic.

  9. Did you contact the buyer to ask about your review? If you did, I would not contact CS because of this reply I got from CS when I asked about inquiring about the review rating a buyer chooses to give. ⬇️ image814×400 21 KBYes…i knwo CS will not help in this matter as this is against their terms and conditions. But what if it is by mistake. They had the option to change it before but now we do not have that option s well.
  10. Hello everyone, This is something new i have heard today. I got less rating on my gig and the buyer said this is because your ads blocking thew stars. Can anyone let me know, if they have any such experience of having less stars just because they are not visible to the buyer. How can i connect to customer support for this as asking for the change in ratings is against the terms of fiverr. Is there anybody who can help?

  13. I think everything will get normal soon and experiments are going on and soon there be some controlling measure to prevent from this pandemic. I heard about the plasma therapy. does anyone here aware about it or do you think that this can work?

  15. yeah…i do not know that… thanks i hope so… here is what he inboxes me right now “I doubt it I am a VIP with 100’s of transactions. Also $5 is nothing to me, I throw this out the window”. Now my question is then why so much arguments?..he must have paid me $5 and i will provide the source file to him. Huhh… what a lame person. Still messaging me… i just reported him so we cant have to talk more about it.
  16. Yeah i agree … by equality i mean there must be some action towards it. Let me say here that Customer support finally supported me and compensated the amount of the order which i have been delivered and warning has been removed. This is such a relief. But still the buyer is open to threat some other seller. So such things can happen to any other seller as well. Be alert! Lesson to learn: Don’t be rude and behave like professional as said by @misscrystalStand for what you have committed to the sellerDo confirm which file format the buyer will need for the delivery( for graphics)Do not get threaten by any buyer if you have made the right delivery
  17. yeah… still i am the only one who will get punished. Its ok for the buyer to bully or to be rude but its not ok for the seller… I wonder where is the equality here?
  18. Ah, best not then. That could be seen as rocking the boat. I really hope you do not get a warning. I am personally sick to death of it being fine for buyers to mistreat sellers, but a major no-go to ever react. It is not professional, but neither is it respectful on Fiverr’s part to let this kind of thing go on in the first place. I understand but its been done and i cant undo it… its up to fiverr to let go my first ever rude behavior with the seller. If not then i cant help it… One thing just bothered me is that the buyer can still get the delivery… but now of no use i think…i am failed miserably in this and its not a good lesson to learn for me and for other sellers.
  19. Ah…you shouldn’t have done that. I know how hard it is to not put those rude bullies in their place but as a seller, you should always think twice before sending a message. Whenever I am in some sort of dispute, I try to be extra careful with what I type. I would suggest you to always stay clam when you are in a dispute. Don’t ever get carried away. Type your every message very clearly so that even if third party (CS) looks at them, they can see and understand what’s going on. I don’t think they’ll suspend your account. They would have done that by now. I am still nervous because i opened the customer support request and during the review of the inbox they may take action. @cyaxrex will send the screenshot but i am concerned because i don’t want to get warning again…there is the buyer name all over…let me remove that and send it here
  20. I wont lie but been rude at inbox after the order cancelled by CS…he inbox me to bully, that time i been rude but not at the order page for which i got the warning. If my account got suspended…the years i have been working here will be a waste…
  21. yeah i know… i got it…it was my mistake. for the first time …i been never in such bullied situation before… but still it can be the reason for my account suspension. Also it’s only sellers who is getting affected.
