One thing to keep in mind about refunding a gig … You can lose your seller level because of it 😦 I have excellent gig rating and customer service, but because I have to refund gigs for people who don’t read gig instructions, I have lost seller levels and gig extra’s - beware

I usually very polite, will do little fix here and there if it reasonable, offer extra for free when late (my health went down lately so I got late when it stacking up too much), discuss to get the best solution for customer ideas.



But when I get “do x and y or you will get negative feedback” I’m not care about rating anymore, screw it. I put my happy first on the list.
