Same thing happened here. I've been a verified seller for 12 years on the site but I've grown a beard since I last took my ID photo 4+ years ago so I can't get my selfie verified. It doesn't even let you go through the process again so even if i did shave I'm still screwed.

A bot is using AI to write a generic useless post. Another Bot uses AI to confirm the first bot used AI to write the post and then calls the first bot out. Then the 2 bots and additional bots have a conversation to drive engagement to a fake post by fake people written and confirmed by AI software. Hey guys .... yeah you! I just ran out of dip for my chips...... maybe if I take a picture of the shit in my fridge you can show me a recipe on how to make a new meal with what I have? I've been on a similar journey. I was rated a 4 for my success score despite 12 years on this platform with pretty much the best public metrics you can get. For example my last 1 star review is almost 10 years ago and for a service Fiverr doesn't even offer anymore so it's not attached to my current gigs. Since the new system my search rank has tanked roughly 90% so I've been forced to branch out and reach out to old contacts I use to work with. Doing so has started to prove quite fruitful with the goal of getting off Fiverr hopefully becoming a reality in the near future. You're not alone in this experience and I'm glad things are looking up for you!

I avoid the news or anything social media related. I feel like it only leads to a less happy life. I can't cause any real meaningful change to the entire world. The biggest thing you can do to help the world is to lift up and support the people around you and have them do the same to the people around them. I wonder how important reviews are with the new system. What if I get a bunch of orders but they don't leave a review at all? Obviously a bad review hurts me but if they don't leave a review is that also seen as a bad thing? I normally never ask for a review because I just don't care if I get one or not but if not getting a review can hurt my account then I can start asking for one.
