This is the TOS item I was referencing. It's against the rules as I understand them but I'm sure there are some loop holes. There's also a path to create an agency and not have to worry about this at all.

1. Probably but who knows really without the official word from CS 2. They'll always be vague and in most cases you'll never fully know anything in my experience. 3. You're not suppose to have a team of people working off of 1 account to begin with. That's what fiverr considers to be an agency or in the past ... studio. You're suppose to list yourself as an agency if you have a team. With Fiverr's new system everyone is competing against each other for search ranking and it's unfair to the other sellers. 4. If you can work with them on fiverr you should do so. If these are clients you met outside of Fiverr I'd never suggest adding a middle man where one isn't needed because it comes with a 20% price cut for you and added fees for the buyer.

Honestly as a designer this sounds like a buyer issue to me. The buyer assumes the work is easy but obviously has no idea which is why they need a designer in the first place. Literally every designer says this is more work than the buyer thinks and the buyer can't admit they might not know. They just assume they're being scammed or up sold for no reason. With sketches it's flat art, in a lot of cases they can require a total redraw to do an edit correctly. I'd also love to see the image edit that was done with AI. As someone with midjourney and Adobe Firefly I can tell you that indivigual edits to a sketch are essentially impossible. AI has almost zero editing abilities and will instead just redraw the whole image different than the previous picture.

2013 Fiverr was the good ol days. I use to buy my Feiyue shoes and lighters from Fiverr. Back when you could only charge 5 bucks. I miss the old Fiverr a lot. I wish it was still here and resent the AI monster that took it's place.

You're joining an already overcrowded field on Fiverr and going against vetter sellers who have every advantage over you and for good reason. I think Fiverr is one of the hardest markets to break into currently (tons of scammers and most fields are more than full) but I do wish you luck.

Right, they have the amount of TRS that they want for that category, hence why they're not actively looking for more. They only want a certain number for each section on Fiverr. I don't know the specifics only that they're not looking to add more TRS to your category.

I don't know man, I could be totally wrong here as I obviously don't know all the facts but I do know that you have 14 gigs and none of them were showing that they had an order and I couldn't find a single one of your gigs when I searched for website design (I stopped at page 5). Maybe I just wasn't searching right but it seems like you're getting less orders than normal as well but hey I'm glad you're finding value in it and I truly hope I'm wrong. I got hit hard by this new system man. I'm to the point where I can't see a way I can even stay on the platform so a lot of it could just be me wanting to complain.

But it's not 5-6 calls a year for $39 dollars. It's 5-6 calls a year for $468 dollars. Think about it this way, AAA is a really good thing to have and hopefully you never use it to only have to use it every few months (just like your SM). AAA is $60 a year for me. My creative cloud suite which is all my design programs, my website / portfolio, cloud storage, and 100 other things honestly is 240 a year. You can buy my a years worth or AAA, a years worth of literally everything I need to design and still have $168 dollars left over. This is also just SP, we're not even talking about the fact I lost money on my promoted gigs last month for how well that "Feature" works for me.

No email here either and I also pay the $29 rate.

It's going pretty terrible for me. The new system demoted me to level 0. I think I've gotten 1 maybe 2 orders from a new seller in the last month which Fiverr took due to their promotion and seller plus fees.

Only certain categories are being looked at for Top Rated Seller. Chances are you might not be in one of those categories.
