Conflict free orders

I've completed three orders for one of my gig and my success score stuck to 6 (Conflic-free order metric has negative impact) . Everything during and after my order, was perfect. There was no delivery extension request, update request, cancellation request and no help desk ticket. Why this metric is impacting my gig score?

Yes exactly no reason to show this factor impacting negatively.
