Seller eligibility

Hye,

I am telegram bot developer, I created account here on Fiverr and published a gig about my work.

But Fiverr is not approving my profile due to some eligibility criteria.

I have worked on number of telegram bot projects, How can I approve my profile?

I only received email that "We cannot approve your profile due to eligibility" there is no specific reason

If that's the case, you can submit a customer support ticket regarding this situation.

Yes I have submitted the support request. Waiting for reply.

I hope it'll work for me because there is no specific reason mentioned.

So you want to know about eligibillty.

Fiverr CS responded. You have your answer:

"Your seller account wasn't approved, but you are  welcome to continue using Fiverr as a buyer".

"Unfortuantely, this is a decision that can't be changed."

You are not likely to be given any alternate answers. Fiverr says the decision is final.

Since you are allowed to be a buyer; make use of that permission. There are many great services to discover here on Fiverr!

I have the same problem, I received an email that was say, "we cannot approve your seller profile"

What should I do? Please anyone help me.

I got the same response! So frustrating! What can we do? I tried to call the number, but I don't know how to make it work.

As much as I'm sure you don't want to hear this answer, there is only one thing you can do. Move on, find another platform, and grow your business without Fiverr. They've made their decision and are unlikely to change it if you harass or complain to them. They seem to be limited new accounts and weeding out older ones that don't fit their plans.
