Use of external means of communication like Zoom

Fiverr doesn't have Zoom like video call platform to communicate with clients or freelancers. Is it against Fiverr policy to use zoom or similar platforms to have chat with freelancers and clarify the tasks to be done?

Yeah, You shouldn’t use Zoom until he place an order. After he place an order, you'll find Zoom calling option to use.

When the order is place, you can get the Zoom meeting option. But never try to work outside to the Fiverr. It's harmful for your profile. So, when a buyer call for a Zoom meeting say the rules of Fiverr TOS. Hope buyer will agree with you.
