Use of third-party programs to control the buyer's computer.

Hello everyone, I have a case with a buyer.

My GIG is for web development services and I have a buyer who needs help installing the project I have created for him.

Since AnyDesk and similar programs break the rules, what choice would I have?

I have read in the forum before that AnyDesk was fine as long as the info was placed in the order page and is needed to complete the order.

Teamviewer is one of Fiverr's approved URLS so that's one you could use (eg. ask for details on the order page). Since it's in Fiverr's approved URLs list maybe they might prefer that over anydesk?
