Buyer send order by mistake

Hello fiverr community!

I just receive an order from a buyer, I asked for requierements then the buyer said that he ordered by mistake. I send a request to CS to fin solution, because I wand a solution whitout affecting my order completion rate!!! is there any solution to concel the order without being affecting by that, escpecily that the amount is big!!?

In this case where the buyer has said he ordered by mistake take that screenshot and send message to CS along with that screenshot as a proof your order will be cancelled by CS without effecting your completion rate 😊

I also face similar problem don't worry follow Yaz_graphics solution. CS cancelled your order just mention your order code and your situation.

cancellation through CS did not affect your order completion rate.

The order amount doesn't matter, it's seen as a cancellation anyway.
