  1. Hello everyone! Recently I cancelled 1 order and my order completion rate went down to 67%. I am a new seller and I completed 8 orders and $400 target and one of my order is in waiting for response.. I just want to know if I complete my 10th order will my completion rate went to 90% ?
  2. Hey guys how are you all. Well I usually face this issue when a buyer puts my delivery in revision for no reason. I am a Graphic designer and when I deliver an order I deliver various types of files (Source file and vector file) which can't be open by buyer because they need the design software for that. So sometimes new buyers simply put the order on revision and ask why the file is not opening. So I have to explain them and again deliver all 15 to 20 files which is hectic sometimes. So I wish I could simply clear their confusion and say them to accept the delivery that is in revision. Thanks and have a great day 🙂 (sorry for my English)
  3. Hey im soosmooth a former top seller, until i lost it all down to level 0. (because of a account bug as quoted by customer service) anyways i never got it back, since then ive grown to level 2, but tomorrow ill lose my level 2 after months and months long battle with this new 60 day thing ..that no matter how many orders I complete refuses to go up.. I've been battling this for 3 years now. And apparently no one can accurately explain why I drop stats so fast for 2 cancels out of 25 delivered 5 star completed orders and since more recently 9 completed and 1 cancel.. and yes my stats just steadily and consistently drop, anyway now I was 89% 2 or 3 days ago, completed another 5 star order but guess what.. it dropped to 88% last night lol .. idk if I'm the only one going through this, but it really hurts that after so much years of hard work, growth and consistency on fiverr.. my stats are not even in my control.. people literally buy from me to cancel so I lose stats.. and guess what happens.. yes I lose stats.. if I complete 25 and lose 2 ..yes I lose stats, if I complete 9 and 1 lose ..I lose stats, yesterday i lost 1 point without even doing anything it's that easy lol .. if I offended anyone.. my apologies but I've tried literally everything.. I will not win this bug or whatever it is that targets my profile. (If you have any information on how to fix this or anything that helps feel free to comment.
  4. I don't know what happened, My Order completion and On time delivery percentage drops daily, even if I completed some order, next day, it will drops again, please can anyone help me with what I can do about it.
  5. So I have been a seller on Fiverr for over 1 year. I have always maintained a 100% completion rate. I had a repeat client forget about his subscription, and so I had to request that he cancel the order. He has continued to come back for other orders and I am in good standing. This was my first and only cancellation, to date. Now my Order Completion score has fallen to 90%. What gives?! How can I have a 90% order completion rate when I have only had one cancellation...and one that was not my fault. Does anyone know how to remedy this issue? It makes me wary of using the subscription option.
  6. Hello fiverr community! I just receive an order from a buyer, I asked for requierements then the buyer said that he ordered by mistake. I send a request to CS to fin solution, because I wand a solution whitout affecting my order completion rate!!! is there any solution to concel the order without being affecting by that, escpecily that the amount is big!!? Thank you so much!
  7. If I delete the gig from which I got an order cancellation, can my order completion rate be retained to the previous percentage?
