Can't find my gig under gig's category

montaaz

Question

Hi,

I noticed this problem before, I can't find my gig under it's category's main page. My gig is under "3D product animation".

I can't find it while browsing all 20 pages, and I also can't find it when searching the keyword "3D product animation".

I tried with different browsers, logged in and out.

Did anyone noticed something like this?

Are your impressions zero? First check here to verify that the gig is active: https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new/gig?level1=not_searchable

If your gig is 'active' then how many days has it been zero? If it's only one day, give it 24 hours. Sometimes systems are slow to update. If it's been zero more than 72 hours, and is listed as active, check to make sure it's in full compliance with the Fiverr ToS and Community Standards.

If impressions are *not* zero, then it doesn't matter if you cannot find your own gig. Other people can, or you would not be getting impressions.

@montaaz: I have the exact same problem with all my gigs (just two so far). I do find them when I search from the search bar, but they do not appear in their respective category, in my case "Translation" and "Proofreading". I do see some impressions, but those are apparently my own. And zero clicks, even after 4 weeks. So, I assume there must have sneaked in kind of a bug in the search engine. I read that Fiverr changed bits of the algorithm lately and see other people also complaining in this forum about the exact same thing. I have written to Support already twice, but they always answer with their typical boilerplate text: be patient, your gig is active (well I knew that), others can see your gig when using the search bar (fine, but most people search under the category). Nobody at Support seems to be willing to find the real cause for the problem at this time or willing to explain what's happening.
