Another idea we could discuss, a grammar corrector!

Yes, I was thinking this. Since there are so many struggling with the English language, a grammar corrector to be used in chats with customers could be useful.

Consider that there is an high percentage of customers refusing a proposal because your English skill is not very good. This could solve this issue, and at the same time you would improve your skill following the corrector suggestions.

a grammar tool included in the "chat options" would be cool anyway, instead of opening an external tool. Just my two cents.
