You probably can’t.

Here’s my opinion on the matter.

When I used to go on holidays (pre-COVID) I would do some research. I would visit TripAdvisor and find out more about attractions and accomodations where I planned to go.

I would read both the good and the bad reviews.

That gave me a slightly better picture of what to expect.

I also reminded myself that not all the bad reviews are especially bad.

Some come from people who are just angry and are venting.

However, sometimes a bad review is helpful.

As for bad reviews on Fiverr…I have (I think) one 2-Star review out of 500+ 5-Star reviews.

I doubt that bad review is going to have much impact on the work I get here.

So…don’t sweat it.

  1. It can’t normally be done unless it breaks the terms of service. Asking CS to remove a review could get you a warning (at least if that review doesn’t break the TOS).

  2. You don’t have any bad comments/reviews on your profile.

And I thought this story is going in completely different direction where you are going to tell OP he should research before asking.

Fooled ya!

Yah.

You know as well as I that bad reviews happen.

A few are not a big deal, really.

Why people ask questions that don’t seem to be relevant to their current situation is a mystery to me!

@saikatmondal654 - Some of your services are in violation of Fiverr’s Community Standards. Perhaps if you offered genuine services, you wouldn’t be so scared of getting a negative review.

From the Community Standards:

Fake engagement and traffic

Do not post, offer or ask for:

  • Followers, subscribers, fans or views on social media platforms.
  • Fake engagement on any platform.
Promise a service outcome which is not in your control

In certain instances, sellers may be tempted to promise outcomes of their service which is not in their control. For example, guaranteeing to restore your Amazon account or promising an exact amount of viewers for a Youtube video by its digital promotion. Please refrain from promising outcomes that are not in your control because it misleads buyers.

I know, but if ever. I want to know the alternative way. Is there any way…??

Not really no. Some people have got reviews removed by CS and others have asked and got warnings. So it’s risky to ask.

You could ask CS if you could close one account and open a new one. That would leave the new account without those warnings. But you’d lose all your other reviews/ratings and all the gigs you’d built up and you could have trouble creating new gigs (eg. you couldn’t use the same images as before) and you’d need different email/payment stuff I think and you’d be starting again - there might be less chance of orders with little or no reviews.
