If you want to order from them as buyer then yes, if you want to offer them your services as seller then no. And if you do this as seller you will get permanent ban form the platform.

If you want them to give you orders, the seller has the right to report you, and you may even get a warning on your account for spamming someone (so DON’T do that).

If you want to order from them and use their services as a buyer, you’re welcome to do that.

Many sellers who “spam” other sellers by contacting them through their order page or profile have been reported and then they come here to say how Fiverr has either warned them or closed their account. 🙀

Don’t try to send just “chit chat” messages to any other seller. Fiverr system gonna mark your account “SPAM”
