My fiverr acount is hacked

Seems like this is an expert hacker and also sounds like  it's someone who also knows you well. I'm a victim of this similar type of case in Facebook 9.5 years ago and I still feel weird thinking about that incident. This type of hackers are more or less dangerous as they can emotionally blackmail you even. So you should also look for proceeding legally rather only relying on this recovery method.
