Curious mind wants to know is there any real buyer in fiver now-a-days?

But I need to have a virtual meeting with the client for once at least so I need to do it either on zoom or any where else fiver has no video call option.

Why I felt like he is a scam!!! because if he is real at least he should have confirmed me with a final update but no even he is online and received my call in what's app but then he said he was busy and will call me 5 mins back but then no response yet.

Are real buyers available now on Fiver? Either spammers come and drop a Telegram link fiver blocks it or after taking interviews no response from the client which I experienced recently. I had a chat with a client and he also seemed to be professional and authentic where it felt that he was convinced but then there was no update or final feedback from his end after a week had crossed almost. What's your opinion about this?

Day by day for all these spammers and family of scammers getting pissed off about freelancing or any other type of online earning.

At 1st they will gonna knock you on inbox with a Telegram username or sometime via whats app too. So if you're lucky fiver may save you by blocking that user (Scammer) but still this spam texts are visible so according to the policy of fiver you can only deal with clients here not re-directing from here to any other outside platforms.

Thanks for your info that was not available anywhere. However, can you do a slight favour for me? If possible and if you don't mind can you visit my profile from the buying mode and see what's the actual avg. response time showing in my profile now? As I found an old similar type of case before where the seller was claiming the same issue but then someone else tracked it from the opposite end and saw the actual response time he took.

I just responded to a buyer within 15 minutes, but my profile is showing a 1-hour average response time. What to do in this case? I've sent all the replies to the buyer's message accordingly within 15 mins. Need help in this issue. Thanks.

But one thing that makes me confused that even some buyers assign tasks outside the marketplace in platforms like Linkedin so are they genuine or most of them are scammers?

But what they actually get from it? Even Fiver blocks communicating with them instantly, then how they actually scam? Oh may be via that address given by them in the first message. Don't think Fiver is not safe anymore it's been twice I've faced this damn issue here in Fiverr fortunately didn't proceed further.

Knocking a freelancer for getting a desired service from Fiver to Telegram is becoming a common practice now-a-days. I don't get the logic behind this that why some clients don't understand the rule that it's not accepted to deal with freelancers in a 3rd party website re-directing from here?

I think that trend is gone now, because more or less everyone here is skilled in a specific topic and can speak to clients but it's all about the demand and popularity of different tasks which is a matter of concern for all of us.

What about payment issues? I can see Fiver only allows Pay-pal and visa/Master card in that case how to receive payments from countries where Pay-pal is not approved yet? Can't people use Payoneer anymore?
