Can anybody tell me that I have created a Business card and it’s time to deliver but the question is this "Can I deliver Business card As a JPG file or as a Photoshop file in which I am making?

you can send both of them… ask your buyer what format he needs…

you have to send them PDF.

jpeg will be too small for your buyer to have look on PC, in case they have any modification.

You can always lock the pdf.
