Maybe the buyer used a discount code? Sometimes it happens, but you shouldn’t be the one paying for it, because you’re not the one offering a discount.

Contact Customer Support with screenshots, I’ve read about others who have done so and got the issue fixed.

I have to cancel the order because the buyer didn’t even read the description, but I hope it does not happen again. It is absurd. 😕

Well, I ended up completing the order and here is what it says. Just great! Instead of $4, I get $3,20.

Will definitely follow @catwriter’s advice and contact customer support.

Yeah it’s lame. Fiverr reimburses you for it but only like 40 cents. I think you’re supposed to get back 80 cents.
If you get an order like that again just cancel it. If you have to discount $5 then this site is probably not for you lol

I think it was a $5 project. fiverr charged 20% because of that showing $4.
