Account rating not moving

Hello Everybody here,
Please is there anything I can do to my account because its rating is not moving at all since last year and buyers are giving me complete 5 stars rating. My account is in 92%.
please help.

Hello, I was trying to see your account but it isn’t visible from the forum since you have a 1 after your username but it is a matter of mathematics. It takes a lot of 5 star reviews to move it up.
