How to reactivate a flagged account as soon as possible?

Many freelancers are facing this issue. Please, if you know the step-by-step process of recovering a Fiverr account after getting flagged because of Fiverr Community Standards, tell us the full guide so many people can benefit.

Hi @ghanshyam07, a flagged account is still an active account. If you'd like to know more about the reason the account got flagged, feel free to contact the Customer Support team. This only means that you cannot participate in the leveling system, however, your account is still active, so no need to reactivate/recover it. Hope this helps and good luck 🍀

Thanks Ana,

but I already opened a support request and told them that by mistake the Fiverr bot misunderstood and restricted my Fiverr account. I've been working since 2020 and I'm a level 2 seller. They said I have to wait 60 days. I don't know what to do during these 60 days to earn money, and where. My family relies on my earnings for food, so it's a stressful situation for me. Anyway, thanks for your text.

I've just checked your account and it's, in fact, restricted, not flagged. You've violated our Terms of Service, that's why the account is restricted and under review. There is nothing to be done until our team gets back to you. I recommend reading our ToS to make sure you avoid any violations in the future, in case you get your account back. Any communication outside Fiverr is not allowed, that's what led to this restriction. Good luck 🍀

@ana_tomy   May I ask, even if the email says it's a first warning, does that mean no access to the rating system? Even though I'm brand new account no SS yet

There's a difference between getting a warning and having the account flagged. Also, a warning can lead to a restricted account (when the account is under review). Feel free to check all the info following this link, and use the search bar for any other topics you're interested in. Hope this helps 🙂
