  1. I know it can discourage a seller, but the best thing you can do is to open a ticket and give as much evidence as you can to support that these buyers were looking for free work/negative, noncooperative/changing their mind multiple times/.
  2. Some of your gigs provide services that can be done nowadays by the buyer itself - converting file extensions, copy-paste, typing etc. Also, you used AI for gig descriptions and at the same time you offer writing blogs and articles. One would ask himself "Why doesn't he write the description without AI, as he is capable of writing articles ? ". You might want to reconsider what other skills you have, create some new gigs, and delete some of the existing ones.
  3. Hi, I read you ticket - it was crucial that you explained this in detail to the CS. If you can bring any more evidence that your source code is working, do it. Maybe a video or something, but anyway they can check through your chat with the buyer. All of this can raise the chances that they do not generically respond to you.
  4. It's good that the impressions are going up. I hope that you will get "noticed" enough after de-ranking, and I hope that similar cases will get reviewed because suddenly it seems that a swarm of sellers has been recognized for breaking these identity/double account rules. Us mods can't do much about these recent changes, these days we are learning these new rules. It appears that CS thinks that you have/had another account. Can you remember maybe opening another account, years ago etc? Don't worry, the "flagged" thing is not visible for buyers.
  5. Your profile is 2 months old, not sure what you mean - since the beginning. You can look into the posts made in the section "Tips From Sellers", it can help you start your journey. Cheers.
  6. You did get a low success rate after these changes, but that's not something a buyer can see. If you have clicks as usual, then it's up to the buyer to order or not. Your overall profile (visible to buyers) is good.
  7. These new modifications brought confusion, but I see that your profile is active, still level 2 and you got great rates, so I'm not sure if that warning did anything to your account. Do you have a standard amount of impressions/clicks/orders?
  8. If you try tomorrow and fail, you might get a longer suspension. I see that you don't have any other accounts where you may have used your phone number. It's probably just a bug. It would be best to contact support@fiverr.com and explain the situation.
  9. Hi, You can read the "Tips from Sellers" section. There is a lot of content for new sellers.
  10. Please contact support@fiverr.com. You have a strong case here, that's your only cancelled order, and it should not affect your rates. If they generically respond to you, write here and I will try to convince them to fully analyse your case
  11. Here you can read some useful info and some of the seller's experiences https://www.fiverr.com/pages/promoted-gigs?from_app=true. It doesn't guarantee orders. You will get more impressions, but the gig quality/appearance is still a major factor.
  12. I don't see anything showing other than the warning from December. You didn't receive another one. Make sure not to accept doing someone's homework or academic work. If you get 2 warnings of the same type, you will be banned.
  13. The warning you got did not affect you in any way. You are having a lot of work these days, you're level 2 and your most popular gig has a great success score.
  14. It is not allowed to open a new account, when your first one was banned. What would be the point of the penalty then ? And this new account "usamaash127" is blocked because they realised it's you again. The old one - you provided fake id and then they banned you.
  15. I am not sure what they meant there, but I see that today you were promoted to level 1 and you have a very good ranking of your most ordered gig. I have to ask you this - do you have 2 or more accounts ?
  16. Wow, so far this was a very funny topic. @ads_shanto007 You can easily find tips in "Tips From Sellers", many useful topics, but this doesn't guarantee instant success. Some things you ask from Fiverr, it's like you think of it as a social institution. Read the Forum, it's informative, but try to understand the overall situation with this platform - high competition (check your services for that), difficult to start, stand out, originality matters, luck is always a factor etc.
  17. I can't tell you the certain data, but it led to your gigs being de-ranked. You will have to wait for several months (maybe more-less since the recent changes in the review system, algorithm etc). I would tell you to concentrate on your existing buyers, there are not many of them, but they might order again. Any new order from them is important and feel free to politely ask them each time for a review (don't specify that you want a positive review).
  18. You need to put your services in the gig title, in order to increase impressions. Also, try to create more gigs. Maybe say a little more in your introduction. Be more honest about your english level. Cheers.
  19. In this topic you have great answers/tips how to spot a scammer. https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/270208-how-to-tell-if-a-buyer-is-legit-or-a-spam/
  20. I can assure you that response time is not a metric. Not even in the program where we have all the info about sellers. But metrics are important for levels - I can't say if some other things also drive the algorithm. Probably having a short response time is a certain quality, but I was just pointing out that this necessity to be online 24 hours is leading to cheating (extensions), and that people seem to think that every minute is important, leading to obsessity. 2 hours difference in average response time , on the other hand, could be of some importance. I've asked similar questions to the people above me, but some info they just don't share to cs and mods.
  21. Serious buyers want quality work, and they can wait for a response when they think they have found the right seller. You can be online all day, it's not the most important thing. Your overall profile, gig quality, experience, reviews, price are what matters to them. Somehow people still like to believe what inexperienced sellers say rather than experts.
  22. Not sure where all this is going, but it surely gives injustice to a lot of sellers. Ok even before a buyer not thinking much could give you 3-4 stars, just to sign off the feature. But this value-for-money thing can have long-term consequences - a buyer accepted the order, so did the price, and now he has the option to judge whether it was pricy. Nowadays I get complaints from de-ranked people, and I can't even find what was the cause. And to my opinion, the "rehabilitation" period lasts too long.
  23. Asking for continuing the chat and business outside Fiverr, especially on Telegram, is both a violation of Fiverr rules and a 100% way to get scammed and provide free work for a scammer.
  24. You have to either answer the inbox messages or mark them as spam. Spam (even the most obvious spam messages) must be reported within 24 hours.
