  1. I can't tell you the certain data, but it led to your gigs being de-ranked. You will have to wait for several months (maybe more-less since the recent changes in the review system, algorithm etc). I would tell you to concentrate on your existing buyers, there are not many of them, but they might order again. Any new order from them is important and feel free to politely ask them each time for a review (don't specify that you want a positive review).
  2. You need to put your services in the gig title, in order to increase impressions. Also, try to create more gigs. Maybe say a little more in your introduction. Be more honest about your english level. Cheers.
  3. In this topic you have great answers/tips how to spot a scammer. https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/270208-how-to-tell-if-a-buyer-is-legit-or-a-spam/
  4. I can assure you that response time is not a metric. Not even in the program where we have all the info about sellers. But metrics are important for levels - I can't say if some other things also drive the algorithm. Probably having a short response time is a certain quality, but I was just pointing out that this necessity to be online 24 hours is leading to cheating (extensions), and that people seem to think that every minute is important, leading to obsessity. 2 hours difference in average response time , on the other hand, could be of some importance. I've asked similar questions to the people above me, but some info they just don't share to cs and mods.
  5. Serious buyers want quality work, and they can wait for a response when they think they have found the right seller. You can be online all day, it's not the most important thing. Your overall profile, gig quality, experience, reviews, price are what matters to them. Somehow people still like to believe what inexperienced sellers say rather than experts.
  6. Not sure where all this is going, but it surely gives injustice to a lot of sellers. Ok even before a buyer not thinking much could give you 3-4 stars, just to sign off the feature. But this value-for-money thing can have long-term consequences - a buyer accepted the order, so did the price, and now he has the option to judge whether it was pricy. Nowadays I get complaints from de-ranked people, and I can't even find what was the cause. And to my opinion, the "rehabilitation" period lasts too long.
  7. Asking for continuing the chat and business outside Fiverr, especially on Telegram, is both a violation of Fiverr rules and a 100% way to get scammed and provide free work for a scammer.
  8. You have to either answer the inbox messages or mark them as spam. Spam (even the most obvious spam messages) must be reported within 24 hours.
  9. I am very sorry, but they gave a generic answer even to me. I asked them to point to me what is the cause, but it was just like - we can't do a thing, his gigs are active.
  10. Hi, I am sorry to hear that you've been struggling. Your gigs look fine to me. Can you show me your impression/click numbers ?
  11. I understand. I'll contact them and try my best. Be patient please.
  12. Impressions don't lead to clicks - you might want to lower the prices a bit. There are a lot of sellers with these services, and if someone wants to hire a new seller, then the prices should be somewhat lower than of those who broke the ice with orders.
  13. I checked. That's the case. The review will be visible after you give your feedback or the 14 days period (new rule) passes.
  14. You have a problem with payoneer. Not an expert there, but if they told you that your payoneer acc cannot be opened, open a new one. If it says the credentials already exist, then ask them to fully delete the old acc. Then remove and connect a new one to Fiverr like you did before. Please don't consider opening a new Fiverr account, it is a serious violation of Fiverr rules.
  15. Your case is very odd. I haven't found anything wrong - warnings, reviews, rates, logs etc, but still, you have a negative label and that's why you don't show in the search. Try to ask customer support to look into it. If you did, and they gave you a generic answer, try to point to them that you have absolutely no negative/low rates
  16. Please visit the "Tips From Sellers" section of the forum and you can find popular topics with useful tips.
  17. You don't have any reviews yet. That has to be a bug or the buyer requested and got the review deleted before you opened the notification (probably not the case). Try to improve your inbox response rate, report all the spam so it won't affect your rate.
  18. I've looked at your reviews and I have to ask you - are you buying fake reviews? There are people from the US, UK who are praising you, but their English is far from fluent and their usernames indicate that they might not be natives. 4-5 people appear almost every few days to give you 5-star reviews over and over again, some of their content looks AI-generated. All of this looks very odd.
  19. You had a 4-star and 2.7-star review 3 months ago. That caused the problem. Overall you have a great rating, but these 2 reviews happened in a short period. Also, you being a level 2 seller makes it even easier to disappear from search results after a couple of low-rated reviews. Continue working with old buyers and after 3-6 months your gigs will become visible again.
  20. Here you can find a lot of hints on how to identify a fake buyer: https://www.quora.com/How-do-I-avoid-fake-buyers-on-Fiverr This one is about requests (a feature no longer exists), but it is useful anyway as it tells about odd buyer behaviour: https://community.fiverr.com/forums/topic/279605-how-to-spot-fake-buyers-in-buyer-requests-for-beginners/
  21. New reviews from old customers will help you certainly speed up the process, but I can't give you the exact time when you will be back on search results.
  22. Your most popular gig - in the previous 3-4 months you had a lot of 4-star or fewer reviews. It will take time - 6-9 months for the gig to reaper. The other gigs have good reviews. In the meantime concentrate on optimising the gigs that still appear in search results.
  23. It looks okay to me. Keep in mind that there is a large number of sellers who provide similar services to yours. Do you get a lot of impressions/clicks? 10 days you're on the platform, be patient.
