I think there are cheap buyers because there are cheap sellers too.... I've seen here and on the other platform... people offering their services for $2-$5 dls and it is because they come from countries were $1 is a lot in their own currency or they're just trying to get as many sales as they can. So it's hard to compete with someone who's willing to do an extensive job for only $5.... when you do that job for $50 (for example) and buyers get used to those prices...

That happened to me months ago... Fiverr cancelled lots of inactive orders and it affected my account so bad... even when fiverr said it wouldn't

Fiverr will lose a lot of sellers, I'm pretty sure about it

I think I didn't explained my self right... I didn't mean to say my gigs were actually deleted... they were removed from the market place (search results) my gigs are active but no one can see them if they search for my services. And yes, that's ridiculous... we all work differently and comparing our performance with others just to give us a rank is not fair... because it's not a real score.. it's not about us, it's about other people's performance.

I just wanted to make this public so they could see my point and for other sellers to speak their voice 😪 I'm already looking for opportunities in other platforms, but what I liked about fiverr is that buyers came to us... instead of us looking for clients like everywhere else... however if this keeps happening, many of us will have to go for real.

Dear @Kesha and to whom it may concern I kindly ask for your help to reconsider some points about the Success score. I'm tired of contacting CS and having them always respond with the same thing, sending me links about how Fiverr works and well I've been on Fiverr for 13 years so I def.. know how this works. HOWEVER With the implementation of the new Success score and its "false recommendations" to improve our score I need to say you need to reconsider these points 1- Gigs deleted from the market place. 2- Comparing our performance with other sellers (it should be about our performance, not others) If I'm not being visible by anyone on the market place and if this new system you have implemented is comparing my performance with other sellers, that means I won’t be able to go back to my level again because I’m not visible to anyone and I won’t have as much sales as the other sellers who are visible on the marketplace. Do you get what I mean? Since you implemented this new success score, I worked really hard from February to March to get some sales from returning buyers (like 20 sales) they all had great reviews, i got tips… and i had the hope to at least get a success score of 5 on March 14th to be visible again… but no, I stayed the same “low performance”, my 20 sales were not enough because the visible sellers are doing better than me! They’re getting more sales, impressions and clicks... and of course they will have a better performance than me, because they are visible. I honestly think you need to reconsider this, we ALL should be visible on the market place, and our experience will talk for ourselves… I don't mind if you take my level 2, top rated seller tittle from me, because I believe in my skills and I know I can get it back... i’ve completed more than 13,000 sales on fiverr. What I'm asking is to be fair with every seller on this platform, do not remove us from search results, do not make us invisible because we all know organic traffic from the market place is the one that generate sales, ads on social are useless I know that I am not the only one who thinks this way

Maybe you're not on search results anymore.... that happened to me and even though I asked CS for assistance they only say my gig was active

Social media is useless... if we want to get sales, organic traffic from the fiverr market place is what works... I'm a digital marketer. I've run ads on fb, ig, google, pinterest and it's useless.... it won't give you clicks if the public is not a fiverr user... people is lazy to sign up to a new website. And with your new system.... now we're not allowed to get exposure on fiverr market because you removed us from search results... so.. this whole situation sucks for all of us

Has anyone seen a change on their success score ? Has it increased?? or do we have to wait until march 14th to see the changes?

@Kesha Can you please tell us how to improve our score? My gigs are hidden and many other sellers are having the same issue... and Fiverr is one of our main sources of income, so this is really hitting us hard. I'm specialized in digital marketing and I can assure you running ads and promotions online is not the best. My gigs are optimized, my pictures are good... Organic traffic from fiverr is the best way to have sales, because the buyers are already in the platform and are looking to work with freelancers. Saying this... I ask you, why are we being punished? There's no way to compete with other gigs when no one can see ours. The promoting gigs is also not working for us.... Any way your engineers can fix this and bring our gigs back to the market? That would be fair for us senior sellers who've been on fiverr since it started. I mean look at my numbers... I deserve to be seen and deliver my work, just as many other great sellers who are suffering from this too.

It doesn't work.... promoting gigs is useless when you have a low performance score.... it won't help at all, the gigs are hidden. I already asked CS and they did nothing for me. I've read many other sellers are having the same issue

Fiverr's promotional tools don't work when you have a low score.... I'm there and my gigs are not showing on ads

I feel lost to be honest... after 13 years of working on fiverr... I feel like this new score system is the end for me, I feel like I'm unemployed because no one see's my gigs on search results... Because even if I do have my old buyers, they don't buy things that often. All my gigs have great reviews and It is really stupid to tell sellers to "keep doing the best work to improve the success score" but.... how am I going to do that? no one will buy my gigs if they can't see them! And to be honest, driving traffic from social media to fiverr is useless... the real buyers are the ones who are already registered on fiverr and who are looking for gigs on the marketplace. I'm tired of contacting CS because they just give you LINKS... I asked them for REAL PROOF of what exact orders had conflicts because some gigs were marked as negative because of "conflicts" where I never had disputes or bad reviews or bad buyers... and they couldn't tell me, because they don't even know! These numbers seem to be a joke and they are not a personal number... it's like these numbers are random and they compare you to other sellers as well so then they give you the score.... which is not related to you... and of course if your gigs are hidden other sellers will have better performance because they are selling and you are not! Also... that section of "value for the money" is useless.... we as sellers get to charge for the value of our work, when we do a good job we deserve to charge a good amount, we cannot survive selling cheap gigs all the time. So I don't know how i'm going to recover from this... I don't know if i should start a new seller account and give up to this one with thousands of sales 😞 or to just go somewhere else.. I know A LOT OF SELLERS can relate with me and I really hope all of this gets fixed.

Sucess score is 4 😕 and i'm pretty sad because Fiverr was my only source of income. HOW DO THEY WANT US to get a better score if people can't find our gigs with a lower score? Fiverr only cares about the buyers and their satisfaction but some buyers are mean, rude, cancel orders just because, want free stuff and if you don't give them what they want they get upset... Fiverr should do something about it too. I'm really dissapointed

Did you fix this?? I've been having the same issue I've had thousands of sales, good reviews, my gigs are eligible for promotion and NONE of my gigs are showing on search results... I'm actually promoting it right now and I get no clicks because my gigs are HIDDEN ;( Customer support won't help me they only say some gigs are removed from search results and it's something they cannot do manually... so yeah, this sucks... I can't get sales

I am facing the same issue and customer support won't help at all.... they just told me that some gigs are removed from search results due to lack of sales.... and well, how do they want us to have sales if people don't see us.

Hi, I discovered NONE of my gigs are visible on gig results, what can I do? I know this because I told 2 of my friends to look for my gig and none of them found them. I'm right now paying for ADS on fiverr but it's not getting clicks and now I know why!
