Exactly, if you promote your services on social media.... they won't help you rank on fiverr.... the visits that help you rank on fiverr are from people who are users already, not from the traffic outside

Thank you, I know it's crazy because if you see what they say is something nice, but at the end they left 3 stars. Another thing I hate is when buyers make an order and suddenly want to cancel because they use the excuse of "I ordered by mistake" and fiverr does nothing about it.

Hi guys, I'd love some feedback from you, you know how fiverr is, some days you get a lot of new buyers and sales and sometimes you don't. I'd like to get some tips from you, I think i'm using the right keywords for good SEO, but please let me know your thoughts. I don't know if I should increase the price of my basic package, I see many buyers are selling logos for $25 (basic) but I don't know, I'm afraid if I do this I might not get sales... (or maybe it could help me look more professional and discard clients that only pay $5-$10 per gig) what do you think? I'm having the same issue, I delivered exactly what she requested, then asked me to send the vector files and a new logo, I told her that wasn't included in her package.... she got upset and wanted to cancel the order because I didn't give her an extra logo and other files for free.... I'm so sick of these people, they're thieves for me! And I really think it's some seller's fault for giving things so cheap, they deliver everything for $5 dls and then buyers get use to that and want to get everything cheap.

Yes, but also to help me get more exposure and increase my impressions. All or most of the buyers come from Fiverr and external people is lazy to sign up to a new page, in that case I'd create a website so they can buy from there, but that's not the case.

I just noticed that I'm not getting many clicks on my gig. I decided to share my gig on social media using a link shortener so I can track the number of clicks I get, I've got a lot of clicks from external people clicking on my link but when I check my fiverr seller board it says i've only had 8 clicks when in reality I got like a 100 clicks from facebook, IG and more. So that makes me think that fiverr doesn't care about external clicks to improve your exposure and impressions, they only care about the clicks you get from people that are on fiverr already... and that sucks because, there's no point on wasting time promoting your gig if it won't help with your impressions to show your gig on the first pages. I have a theory that you the impressions count more when the clicks are from buyers that are already on fiverr than from people that click on a link you shared on social media. i've tried doing fb campaigns and google but they show no result, on reddit if you share your link, most pages delete it. So... how do you share your gigs? a way that really gives you reach, conversions and clicks

Ok so my gig is back to being promotable after 10 days. All I did was deliver the orders I had with good reviews. I hope that helps!

Hi, I was promoting my best selling gig on fiverr (logo design) through Promoted Gigs... it was great my impressions increased and got some good sales with great feedback and 5 star reviews, I replied fast... so I don't know why my promotion lasted only 2 days, then I got a notification that my gig was unqualified for gig promotion! Thank you I'm offering services related to Design and Marketing, because that's my profession. And my picture is there, showing my face. It's impossible to make every buyer happy, they get angry when you don't give them extra logos or revisions for free... and that's annoying to be honest, because everyone deserves to get paid for their work. It is so sad that because of that we as sellers lose sales.
