  1. I think it has something to do with the way you have written your seller's profile description. It looks messy to me, but you write perfectly here. I suggest you focus on providing just one service in your early days as a freelancer. Become a writer, and don't complicate your offerings with additional services such as ASMR. Technically, you can delete your account and reapply, but if you're rejected a second time, I speculate that Fiverr has reached its limit of active writers/ASMR sellers (which may be possible).
  2. Try ending the delivery with "If my work merits a review, please leave one." for the next few orders, it's not asking for one directly but it will help you get started. Good Luck~
  3. Actually many veterans tend to use this in business. Bro...
  4. Reviews are earned, not requested. You can end your delivery with, "If my work merits a review, please leave one." Do not ask for one directly. I see that you're already getting a Fiverr algorithmic boost. It will come. Don't worry.
  5. If you are a good seller, who conducts business with integrity, I think you should respond to that review; it will differentiate you enough to appeal to another buyer in time. I once had a review of 2.3 and one time my overall rating was 3. I've been able to overcome these minor setbacks by being straightforward with all prospective clients and earning their trust.
  6. I have two: one is an online gambling site (legal and registered in the Europe) and the other one is for growing an adult website.
  7. Small companies were contacted tho, one of my listed companies was contacted.
  8. I hope the buyer request function will not be restored. It was a source of spam from unrealistic buyers and sellers who copied and pasted the same response over and over again. If every seller responded to a pre-vetted request with a genuinely unique and high-quality answer, the system would have worked perfectly. I'm glad it's gone; it will root out some of the resellers. Some "resellers" have found a way to make a high profit margin by selling work they have purchased from others at a price much higher than their purchase price. I have seen many resellers who are much more established than I am here on Fiverr solicit work at $125 and resell it at $650.
  9. If you receive a negative review and sink your entire account, your previously earned positive reviews (and it's just 3) will get wasted. Compare the impact. A substandard delivery that is beyond saving may be the reason why, although I am not saying that it is, I think from his perspective that's what's happening. He lost confidence.
  10. If you are already late in delivering and even if the buyer is extending your deadline, your algorithm is already bad. Deliver now.
  11. Rewrite this to an introductory paragraph that would be appropriate for yourself.
  12. This is true. New sellers can join Fiverr Pro as well. I had an argument with the team because of a technical issue and I didn't get the Fiverr Pro last time. The pro team processed an incomplete application that the customer support team was aware of and went forward to deny me anyways. That said, it is possible for you to be a Level 2 and have a full workload. As an existing seller, your brand isn't perceived as very strong because you haven't put much work into the way you describe yourself. Hopefully we can get the top rated seller alternative 🙂
  13. Reviews for buyers are not particularly important because many of them are first-time buyers who prove to be lovely people. The buyer is likely going to contact the customer service team in order to receive a refund and have their order canceled. Contrary to many seller's beliefs, it is difficult to cancel an order once it has been made, so the customer service team will always ask the buyer and seller to negotiate and resolve it among themselves. If your work is truly substandard, I think the customer service will cancel the order. The buyer seems to want to cancel the order because it's beyond what you can handle instead of saying that your work can be revised. I recommend canceling this order. The alternative is getting a poor review, which will reduce your credibility with other potential buyers. You have 3 positive reviews, you are better off retaining this account.
  14. Cancellation due to bank problems is something Fiverr cannot control, nor can you. You should contact the customer service and request for manual adjustments to your stats.
  15. When you have 7 gigs, you should monitor your gigs and determine which one is getting the most "pick up" by the algorithm. Focus on that one particular gig (meaning use that gig for all orders when you send offers to the buyer). You must focus on one gig to make it grow so that it receives the promoted gig function etc. Concentrate on a single gig, but create six smaller funnels that lead to it (make sure they are unique in their own way or in different category). If you have 7 competing gigs, the algorithm will have difficulty determining which one of your gigs to "promote" and you will not be able to grow. Not recommended if you have fewer than 10 reviews.
  16. On a second read, I think you are right. This particular seller is in the wrong. If you did not specify it in your order description, it is your own fault. No offense, but I think the problem is with you because you are providing the service in English when you are not fully fluent enough in english language to deliver the service at a professional level (or to communicate clearly).
  17. A few clients have chosen to order without discussing their needs with me. I cancelled those clients without affecting my completion rate. Just cancel and talk to the customer service about it, they can adjust your completion rate back to normal.
  18. You don't even have an active gig, you joking?
  19. No. Just fulfil the revision and redeliver.
  20. All gigs take time to grow. You just joined this month and you already have an order, better than what I did in my first three months (0). You are indeed using keywords effectively, but with some minor spelling errors, are you sure it's meant to be that way?
  21. I know how you feel. I've been through the same thing myself. I had my best months (at that time) with more order than ever, but I still got "rotated out" of the algorithm for 60–65 days. Fortunately, I recovered and came back stronger than before. I still know that the rotation will come, though. I'm sure you will too.
