  1. I did. The system was bugged. The application process was processed immaturely and a ticket was never answered or solved for 2 months. After 2 months of exchanging tickets, reporting the bug... Fiverr submitted my prematurely written application on my behalf and rejected it within 15 minutes of submission. I got the time stamp for this. In my opinion, the team was frustrated at me for constantly talking to them and pointing out their errors and neglect of what I said before. I never stood a chance. That being said, TRS seem to do better.
  2. I have went from $180 to $450 - $700. However, the competitive ones remains the same for now. Most of the reviews are not for my business plans, so I am hoping to grow it to at least 20 reviews before going $600 - $1,000.
  3. Yes. I had rewrite many business plans (by other sellers before, that's how I know how this particular seller works). I am still collecting “street cred" to up my price, on fiverr at least, that's how it works.
  4. Anyway, price is not a good indicator of the buyer's ability to scrutinize the plan. I must be grumpy now. 😂
  5. Even at $1200, it is still "cheap" and the buyer is not likely to identify the flaw.
  6. No one has challenged any of the 58 business plans I have written on Fiverr (except for one who wanted me to create a false projection with revenue that exceed operating capacity). Many of my clients are regular folks who don't know how it works. And no, $1200 is still half the price of a standard small business plan when written by a U.S. business consultant.
  7. The plans will not be successful if they are presented to the banks. The work was done only for show, with no practical use. But you are right.
  8. I don't worry about the post. I have seen his work. His business plan go through three different set of hands: one to write the plan (35), one to do financial projections (35), and one to design the plan (35). However, most buyers are not aware what to expect, so it's easy for them to be pleased. Some sellers keep their linkedin professional and separate from what they do on Fiverr, so that their real-life work are not affected by their discounted services here on fiverr. My real-life rates are 4-6 times the rates here, but will be more polished and will go through a second person (I vet his work and he vets mine). It's why I restrict to working only with small business plans.
  9. I think this is the CS best admission to "gig rotation".
  10. Yes! I am having high conversion rate now because of regular buyers~
  11. I am not sure which customer was unhappy recently, as I am pursuing Fiverr Pro / Top Rated Seller status, I have been going the extra mile on all recent orders; it still does not make sense to me, because I have successfully built two main gigs (both very different services) and both tanked, so it must be account-related. Then perhaps it is because of the many clients that I've rejected because they did not meet the criteria of obtaining funding.
  12. How long did you experienced being pushed back from search? Is it periodic? As for more orders and reviews, it's a possibility but it's unverifiable. I did have to reject many clients because I don't want to scam them (they have got no chance of obtaining funding because they don't meet criteria).
  13. At the moment my conversion rate is 0.32% (Impressions still going down, with 18 clicks for the past 7 days (still an ⬆️, it was 13 yesterday). I am not complaining because I am expecting this and am currently traveling, but I think this is proof that the algorithm can turn off on you for a period of time (at least).
  14. Anyone have any idea how long the gig "rotation" will last? The waiting hell of low impressions and clicks. Even though my impressions have been low but my conversion rate is above 0.25% with a good handful of orders that didn't seem to impact my impressions. I understand that "gig rotation" is a real phenomenon, and I have witnessed it firsthand. After my two best months on Fiverr, which saw an increase in my average selling price, I now see a decrease in impressions. It causes the platform to push sellers out of the search algorithm after they have received a certain number of orders. I believe it is "number of orders" instead of a "set amount of duration", which is why my impressions numbers have dropped further after I gain new orders for the past week against all odds.
  15. There's no standard / guideline as to whether they will give you the 3rd Cash Advance. I can't seem to find the algorithm / guidelines that determine whether or not you'll receive cash advance. There are many speculations made in the forum. Some say they get "new cash advance for the 2nd and 3rd time" after they finish paying their loan, some say "45 days rotation" and some say "90 days". I can tell you that these didn't happen to me after I finished paying in January. I have had a good experience getting more cases and selling my services higher than before I took the cash advancement. So I believe that by all matrix, I'm doing better than before I took the "cash advancement." I still don't qualify for it. That being said, I won't take the cash advancement because I really don't need it. I will just be happy to feel appreciated by the algorithm if it give me the recognition that I'm doing well. My opinion is that the only thing that has changed before I took the cash advance for the first time (to experience if it will increase my business impression) is that I stopped responding to "buyer requests." There were 8 canceled cases during the period of time. All of them are because the buyers didn't contact me beforehand and were lowballers. My algorithm (which would show as having a lower completion rate) was unaffected by the cancellation. I'm inclined to believe that "cash advance" is selected manually and not by an algorithm. A little like "top rated sellers" that many people think is an achievable goal but it's actually a manual process.
  16. I think the buyer's request is true to some extent but the rest isn't true. Many sellers see a dip in their impressions and clicks after doing well. For communication, many non-native sellers don't communicate well but they do well anyway. For new sellers, it's about price but for higher levels it's about reviews. I don't think you can do anything if Fiverr rotates you; I have had a few recent sales with a higher selling price but my impressions continue to decrease anyway. This is after 2 of my best months ever on Fiverr.
  17. Actually my location is not based on my ID residence (If you mean verifying ID means the photo of selfie that I sent when I register, I was one of the few who have to do this... I spoke to some other sellers, they didn't went through the same process).
  18. Is it interesting not that the customer support seems unaware of this going on? On a related ticket submitted to the customer service (I was not asking about the decrease of impressions and I have made peace with it, I know it will happen. I was asking if there is any violations.), their reply is implies that it's not true.
  19. I have mixed experience on this. I had two cancellation so far, both cancellations happened because the buyer made a purchase of a service that is impossible to fulfill (one is a translation of unreadable text and the second is because the buyer purchased a service that they don't qualify *that service is a niche, provided to a very specific and certified businesses only). The first one didn't affect my completion rate and I just got the second cancellation ten minutes ago, my completion rate is already down. Both orders have the same condition, the buyer didn't submit the order requirements and I didn't click "I have all that I need", the order shouldn't be considered to have started in the second case. If the first cancellation that happened under the same circumstances and didn't affect my statistics, I don't understand why the second one is. 😂
  20. Apparently this is still happening. Has anyone resolved this problem?
  21. Does anyone know if the auto-complete of order is 3 or 8 days? (for milestones order)
  22. I will certainly tell people if it’s good (or bad). Watch this space?
  23. I think it will make sense to offer Seller Plus to those who actively have a # orders within a period of time? It makes sense to offer only to those who have over $10 (or $20) in balance. I am also curious if they will accept many sellers who aren’t able to communicate in English properly. They are in need the most.
  24. I took the advice. I removed 6 of my gigs. I modified my best performing gig and my main gig. I’m very nervous. I expect a period of low impressions, as the gig “index” itself… Very nervous.
