  1. The most basic tools are three of my favorite. The first is a text editor like notepadd++. It is simple to use and it has an auto save feature that makes storing ideas, web research and other content very convenient. The second tool is a spreadsheet editor like ms excel. With it you can track projects and compare related information. The third software is the os file manager. File naming conventions and data management are essential to your sanity. So you don't have to rely on your memory or the search bar to find important files.
  2. Have you researched, what is the average price of other gigs in you niche?
  3. After the order was completed how did you deliver the first free revision? The additional work, was it posted in the client message inbox and not an order? Also, how would it work in your niche, to offer a revision request extra. For example, how can a client can purchase a gig at any time to make changes to there original order?
  4. How many exposures to ChatGPT scripts does it take to identify them, correctly?
  5. Did you voluntarily offer to verify your account or where you prompted to do it by the system?
  6. Thanks for posting your interaction in detail. At first I suspected the buyer was a reseller? In my experience, resellers attempt to maximize their profits as the middleman, omit critical information and most importantly they rebound and enhance the criticism they receive from the true buyer, against you the seller. But in one post the buyer commented, “OUR company makes several videos every year.” Either way, reseller or not, they did not appear to be invested into providing clear, unmistakable instructions, right? In the future, what do you think about draft videos? Do you have the option of delivering an incomplete video, prior to final delivery, to allow the client to review and comment? Or has that feature been removed in the latest update?
  7. Think about, how can you substantiate to CS, that you have a wife and she has a separate web development practice than your own? For example, do you design websites in different genres?
  8. How did you manage to get CS to reply in person? And it appears that, Dante showed concern and expended effort looking into your gig ranking? Was he looking for a legitimate bug?
  9. Thanks for posting your experience. Sorry that this, happened to you.
  10. It’s fairly easy to refresh or spoof your IP when needed, right?
  11. I’m glad you were compensated. If true, then it appears the buyer has not developed his finesse to a point were you would have lost out on compensation completely.
  12. How competitive is your niche? Are there hundreds or thousands of other similar gigs?
  13. Is the order still canceled? How did you get the “money back”?
  14. Good work. How long has your client been ordering services on the platform or are they new to it?
  15. Except for the guidance from “most” SP managers in private, is this tip posted anywhere else that is more official?
  16. The word scam is a broad term. It is often used to define many types of dishonest transactions between a seller and buyer on the platform. If you search online, you can find representative lists of the most common types of scams. The scams range in dishonesty, from mendaciousness to deceit. And they affect both buyers and sellers alike.
  17. Does infamous count the same as being famous?
  18. Is the Buyer Satisfaction Rate a measure that is attached to the seller's specific gig or to the seller's overall account?
  19. Yes, I searched and could not find your gig listed in the categories: voice overs, english female voice overs and online english female voice overs. Can someone reference a seller in the forums, who rebounded after being limited? That story could be helpful.
  20. It's a bit unclear in your message if your gig is completely dead or on life-support. Today, are you getting leads or orders originating from the fiverr's search? And, have you tracked any modest improvement over time using FSSP or any other attempts? And, thank you, for sharing your experience. I respect your passion for your art.
  21. Spelling errors, short responses and outside links, right?
  22. Does anyone else see the large ad below this question? It's over 1200x720px, right? Did the OP post it or did the forum automatically display it?
  23. Have you tried creating a itemized list that communicates the work you have completed on the project?
  24. Is your gig at the same position on the 12th page? Has it moved up or down since you were checking for the last 2 weeks?
