It is. First of all if you are buying for your clients then you use seller’s work for commercial profit and then your clients will use it for commercial profit from YouTube, audiobooks etc. So yes, you do need to buy commercial rights.

Any seller who did the work will reject cancellation. If he indeed spent time drawing it why would he want to cancel it? Time is money. While I agree that quality is pretty bad you still will have to prove to CS that seller didn’t deliver something as promised. I know that other person says that fiverr is very strict and giving warnings to sellers (and it’s true) but they don’t do that without solid proof. Also it will be fiverr’s decision to cancel or not but they usually don’t cancel based on “quality” or personal satisfaction as per fibverr TOS because your order is kinda in a grey zone and doesn’t warrant cancellation automatically. Most likely they will cancel your order but please don’t be surprised if they don’t. Just out of curiosity how much did you pay for this gig?

Of you mean that you sent fiverr a link to some forum where two random anonymous people said that it’s Ai drawing then I’m afraid fiverr CS might not consider it as a proof. What you should press on with CS is that the result is different from the sellers portfolio (if it is)

Why don’t you use your old account? Why did you open a new one? Are you saying that you have a bug? If you have a visual bug that doesn’t display notifications then you need to contact customer support. but if the problem is that you are just simply not getting orders, messages etc from clients and therefore no notifications for those then it’s not a fiverr problem, you still need to read all links that @vickieito attached for you and I can say for a fact that it takes longer than just an hour that you took (if you even followed all her links and links within her links). 3000impresions is a lot. I get a few orders with those impressions so if you don’t then you need to change something in your gig so people who see and visit your gig will start sending you messages and orders Of course nothing is there, BRs are removed. And fiverr briefs you also might not get notifications as not all sellers receive them, not even an experienced ones.

The ugly truth that no one is telling (Well, we do but no one listens to work hard play hard, it’s easier to watch a YouTube video that promises success overnight) is that people who work right now part time and has fiverr or any other platform had to work days and night before that and probably even longer days than at just a normal job. Your business is not 9-5 job, your business will require much more and flexibility FROM YOU with working long hours and nights before your business can give flexibility TO YOU. But you didn’t even answer my simple questions from my comment above so what success are we talking about…

Really? Did they remove it? They didn’t even send you an email for private feedback? (Not fiverr page step after cancellation) money of my clients had to cancel the order and place a new one and she told me that she still left a good private review in cancelled order

You personally can’t refund any money without breaking fiverr rules. If order is already completed then there is only one way to refund and it’s through customer support and the full amount. Why she didn’t ask for a refund when you delivered work and the order was still open? Why is she asking for a refund 14 days after the order was completed?

Do you have an open order with your client? If so they already paid upfront and fiverr is holding their money, if their order will be cancelled fiverr will just return their money without even involving you.

Easy: that’s not how fiverr works, all work starts after placing an order. If they want a demo you can send a custom offer for a smaller amount than a proper order and if they don’t want to proceed with a full product then they can just close the order with a demo and move on.

Other users of this community downvoted their answers because they are wrong and harmful and can get people banned. Those people will not get anything, but hopefully they will learn not to give wrong advices.

Im not going to comment on your situation as I’m sure it’s very hard to be in your shoes and you are just looking for a way out. as for your work: describing how tough your situation will never gets you work, clients do t buy because they feel pity for you and want to help you, they buy from you because YOU can help them to solve their pain point. If you just need support morally then we can support you with that but for your orders you will have to work yourself. As a graphic designer and social media marketer you have an enormous advantage. As a graphic designer you should know what appeal to your target audience and can create it yourself, as a digital marketer you should know how to promote your services. But if you can’t do it for yourself then clients also wouldn’t believe that you can do it for them. Start working towards your clients and what they would like to see from you.

Only one person can own an account. If you want to give access to your personal information to other people you can do this but they will have access to all your data, withdrawal, email, phone etc methods and will be able to change it anytime.
