  1. Seems like it. It’s surprising that they sent notification in the first place. They usually add amends without telling anyone.
  2. So you want me to go and do a proper read to find it? 😉 Fiverr even sent a notification for this updated part 👇
  3. Your situation is not an abuse. Abuse is blackmailing someone to do more work otherwise they will leave a bad feedback, that’s an example of the abuse of feedback system. clients are allowed to share their reviews on the pricing too. High pricing doesn’t mean that they will not buy but that IS something they can comment on especially if they feel that the output value that you provided is lower than your price tag. (Which also doesn’t mean that you should lower your prices, it’s a subjective opinion if one person) But you might have a chance (might!), but you have to have proof of that: if your client is a seller too and reselling your work you can point it out to customer support because they recently added to their TOS that reselling is not allowed anymore. However if you don’t have proof that he resold your work as is then it will be tough to do anything else. And because he bought from you before and never left bad reviews before it also wouldn’t be seen as revenge review from CS point of view.
  4. It doesn’t matter, you still use the same browser, same cookies, same search history, Im sure even you switch on a vpn you still make the same search terms 🤷‍♀️ You are not a “unique” visitor with their own search history and history of clicking different gigs
  5. It is really your choice how you would like to approach this situation. But for sure I will advise for the future to add to your FAQs what do you consider a revision and that anything out of that scope will cost extra. now your choices basically are to make it free of charge or just send him a custom offer on your order page saying that you are happy to do more revisions but it will be x$ for those as it’s not part of the original requirements.
  6. That’s how any business works especially if you are for some reason relying on random platform algorithm and have only one source of income as fiverr. there are hidden reviews and I’d you got a bad one you might be moved to the back. If you are a new seller fiverr gives a boost to your gigs at the beginning but after stats placing your as normal compared to all other people.
  7. Make it part of your requirements on the gig so your clients fill that information when they place an order
  8. Answering your question: No, fiverr support will not remove that review. You can’t change or remove reviews unless they break fiverr TOS and that’s not your case
  9. Nobody can tell you that because fiverr keeps it a secret, but what for sure wouldn’t work is staying online all the time and hoping that keywords will rank you gig, that’s not going to happen if the quality and potential of your gig is low
  10. Well, attention to detail is one of the things: you didn’t even attach the link to your profile properly. It doesn’t work. And there is no quick or easy way, as with any business it takes time to build. And it’s not about fiverr, it’s about clients liking your work and buying it, fiverr is just letting you place your gigs here and it’s all on clients if they want to buy or not.
  11. Because fiverr removed that feature, it doesn’t exist anymore.
  12. I see people did answer your question from previous topics 🤷‍♀️ Or do you have other questions? Plus people are not obliged to answer your questions, we reply to same questions every day and it’s still on you to make your primary research.
  13. The issue is ALWAYS a gig. Badly written gigs, low quality gigs etc are not getting orders and not “ranking”. There are people who join fiverr and get their first orders right away because they have great profiles and portfolios and track record to show their quality work. If people are not getting orders it’s always on them, not on fiverr. And the original poster not getting orders for a very good reason: his gigs are a mess and nobody will trust that he can provide quality service with those gigs.
  14. Because seo has nothing to do with ranking.
  15. Then as a digital marker you should know that we are not your target audience
  16. Thanks for what? Those levels are automatic and don’t mean anything, especially if you just spam “congrats” and “go ahead” comments 🤷‍♀️ I actually had to put your profile to “ignore” not to receive spam notifications from you anymore.
  17. Back seller plus? Did you unsubscribe from seller plus? for your promoted gigs there is hidden criteria and you got a notification that your quality is not up to a standard and that’s why your promoted feature is disabled. Solution is to increase your quality and performance, there is hidden feedback from clients and other hidden metrics that affect your performance
  18. Of course, it’s quite famous. Non-US person here 🙋‍♀️ But I’ve been living abroad for quite a while and at this point I’m not sure if I heard about it in my teen years or after I left my home country 🤔
  19. Nothing will happen 😉 you don’t need to inform them and they will not disable your account
  20. Well, your very first gig is offering to make a gig video and you don’t even have a video yourself. You just have a random picture of a calendar that I don’t see how it’s related to your gig. People will not but a video when they don’t know what you can even create I didn’t go to further links based on the very first one, there is definitely a lot of work to be done
