  1. Not at all. Searching for your gig in search is the most useless thing you can do. It shows for different people at different pages at different placements even if they search at the same time or don’t show it at all.
  2. Because it doesn’t matter if you can or can not find your gig. Fiverr is matching gigs to the people who are most likely to buy, their search history etc. In this case fiverr just decided that you are not likely to buy your own gig and not showing it to you. But if you have impressions then other people can see it.
  3. They don’t need to notify you that you are breaking rules, you should already know it yourself. if somebody robs a bank does police come and say “oh ok we will just notify you that you shouldn’t do it”? No they put you in jail for breaking rules. Same here: you broke rules and fiverr took actions against you. If you are betting all your life circle on a platform then you should definitely read the rules and not break them.
  4. That’s a scam. Again if you read the rules you would know that even if it’s free commercial images you can not show them as your own work in your portfolio and you can not use free images or clip art for creating logos. Reviews doesn’t mean anything because your clients simply might not know that you used free stock images to create their logos.
  5. So you did show someone else’s work as your work 🤷‍♀️ Gigs being denied is a notification. You lied and presented someone’s work as yours and that’s a big no no on fiverr. You signed fiver rules and ticked the box that you understand and agree with those rules. Fiverr also has a part where they say that for certain rules like non original work or contact outside of the platform they might ban your account right away. To be honest I never saw anyone getting their account back when they broke the rules like in your case.
  6. They always solve it you just need to contact fiverr support. bank wouldn’t be able to solve it fast. it might take a day or two for fiverr CS to reply but they always solve this issue
  7. The reason that it’s manually chosen and not guaranteed
  8. He can’t take your money and disappear. when you place an order fiverr holds all funds and seller gets money only after you approve an order and only in 14 days after that not to mention that that service is against fiverr TOS
  9. Ouuu, such a good topic, now I can steal some cool ideas for myself because I simply dream of heaving a long bath after having a newborn 😂 But nonetheless if someone been here long enough to remember, I’m still waiting on a penthouse. Though now I want a penthouse in Singapore, not in London. 🙈 @ahmwritingco how’s our gofundme doing?
  10. Why would it help? 🤷‍♀️ If you are opening the same gig you will get the same result. Why would it suddenly rank better than your old one? There is always a reason and it’s always your performance. Even if your clients left good reviews some of them still could leave worse hidden review and that tanked your gigs. Or simply other sellers in your category performing much better than you.
  11. That’s exactly why he opened this topic 🤷‍♀️
  12. There are thousands of sellers on fiverr, with sometimes hundreds of thousands sellers in each category. The first page has only approximately 50 gigs. So answering your question there are always will be thousands of sellers that are not on the first 50 rows whose gigs are not ranking.
  13. It’s not about noticeable colour… it’s about colours that speak to your target audience. Red and white colour spoke to their target audience which was attracting clients for cheap and fast food. But If banyan tree hotel suddenly starts using red for their logo their sales will plummet because those are not the values that they are projecting.
  14. Nope 😉 We do, I can’t give you the exact link right now because it’s 4am and I’m sleep deprived from waking up to feed the babe, but I can point you in the right direction. there is one big topic for sure here (probably tougher to find with all this spam topics on “promoted gigs unqualified made my gigs derank”) opened by fiverr staff. Maybe look at the very first topics created about promoted gigs, not the latest. There was also a webinar on how promoted gigs work and they do have a way to distinguish between spam and other sellers clicking on your gig. I was attaching that link to a webinar a couple of times in this forum but again might be tough to find it but it’s there if you’ll try with “webinar”, “promoted gigs” etc keywords
  15. Your conversion is based on the amount impressions compared towards how many orders you sold. It’s up to you if it’s good or bad. If you are happy with your conversion into sales then it’s good, if you are unhappy with the amount of sales you made compared to the amount of people that saw your gig then it’s bad
  16. Unfortunately they do target new sellers but it gets better with time. Just report all of them. The biggest influx is usually when you just open a gig
  17. Did you break any fiverr rules? If you didn’t break any rules then there is nothing to be worried about. Who even told you that contacting support will disable your account? Please don’t take any advices from my person anymore.
  18. 👇 Did you contact fiverr support as it says in the message?
  19. And how would you do that? There is no way to do that without breaking fiverr rules. Be happy that you only got a bad review from a client. If he would’ve complained to fiverr CS they would’ve banned your account right away.
  20. Resolution center is not a customer support. Resolution Center is when you open a dispute and it goes to a seller to accept cancellation or approve it. To open a ticket with support you need to go to fiverr help page, scroll down and press big green contact us button, explain your situation and attach proof of plagiarism Bu the way, what kind of answers you were ordering from a seller? Is it for an assignment?
  21. It doesn’t matter what jobs are in demand. what matters if you are really good at what you do and then YOUR job will always be in demand
  22. So you are basically asking that what happens if you will get caught? What happens if you rob a bank?
  23. It’s all very simple: if you are on the first page it means that fiverr is giving you a chance to be visible to potential clients. But if clients see your gig and doesn’t click or buy it means that there is something wrong with your offer and it’s not attractive or interesting enough for buyers to buy your gigs 🤷‍♀️ So answering your question: to minimise it you should create gigs that will attract clients to buy.
  24. @Lena @williambryan392 I think this topic should be removed. It doesn’t bring any value, it’s a false advice and has nothing to do with reality on how to get orders. “Drink this tea and you are magically will become smarter” kinda advice. And I didn’t use a report button in hopes that other sellers who wish to open this kind of topics would see that they can be reported.
  25. Though that’s how fiverr works, you are supposed to deliver only finished work in your delivery otherwise you might get a warning for sending an incomplete delivery. Well, I know differently categories can have different approach and it’s easier to approve a sketch first but it’s better to use milestones feature and then you’ll be paid for your sketch as first milestone and a proper 3d as a second milestone
