There is no article for that, I assume he just invented that number. It can be true for some seller but obviously it will not work the same for every seller. Every person has their own conversion ratios based on how interested people are. If someone has a good image then they might get clicks but if they have horrible description and those clicks will not convert into orders no matter if it was 5, 10 or 20 clicks.

If you still see a message that the order will be autocompleted then you didn’t request a revision. Just sending a message to a seller will not count. You need to press a button to “reject” delivery, choose a reason “partial delivery” and confirm it, that will request a revision and will not let fiverr complete the order but in your case to be honest I would request a cancellation if seller didn’t deliver everything what was promised.
