Yes there is. Even if fiverr wouldn’t approve cancellation there is always a possibility of them filing a chargeback and there is no way of you getting money back in that case. Plus why would a company pay 20% more on a product because to reimburse you through fiverr they will have to add 20% on top that fiverr will take from you to cover the cost of an item for you. there are a lot of stories on the forum of people being scammed like this.

Try to keep persuading it, some times it takes fiverr few back and forth before they really look into it. Definitely contact them again and ask to fix your completion ratio. though they can’t do anything for that buyer creating new accounts, that’s not very traceable. But most likely they do remove and ban her accounts as soon as she makes a chargeback. That was a mistake. You shouldn’t have submitted any work. Well as a pro seller you at least take an initiative to check fiverr help page with the process and how to apply 😉 it doesn’t matter how many orders or which level you are on fiverr. What matters is your quality, service and your clients

Yes, there are better ways to convert withdrawn USD than fiverr. No it will not happen in dollars. You can change currency at the bottom of the page and it will be showing you precise amount in dollars and it will not be changing. Fiverr is based on USD and any conversion will be changing with market, doesn’t matter if it’s a refund or if you are buying something, it’s adjusted to the current exchange rate.
