Before you even think of leaving would you consider listing 3 things you would like to see changed in Fiverr in my thread:

It will help me to amass some useful data to be offered up top Fiverr. It might even influence decisions they make in future (who knows?).



I can tell you now though that support are experiencing high level of support tickets.
