The only way to obtain top seller status is to have an employee of Fiverr manually apply that level to your account. You cannot gain top seller status on your own. Just keep offering fantastic gig services to your buyers. Everything else is outside of your control.

It seems as though the process is quite shadowy. I have 100% positive feedback and 900 total sales and am still level two.
