Rating System has issues

every time when someone give negative feedback rating percentage always decrease 2% but when someone give positive it not increase always why ? my rating was 89% i got 3 positive reviews it only increase by 1% so please fix this issue

Depends on how much stars you got for positive reviews. If you got less then 5 stars then you will not get increase.
