An Unusual Activity

I am trying to reach fiverr support team but it's been 24 hrs and there is no response. On 25 march, i don't know what happen, someone create an order that was completed within 5 minutes. the unknown person stole my balance. I don't know what should i do now.

The response time of support can be several days at worst, depending on your seller level and if you have Seller Plus or not. It's easter, so I'm guessing they're fewer people at work too, combined with high demand because of recent changes to the level system confusing a lot of sellers. Give it a few days, and hopefully they will resolve this for you. We can't do much about account issues like this here on the forum, as we're only sellers and buyers like yourself.

Yes, i know everyone here is a seller or a buyer. Thank you for your words. I just need some guidance about this issue and i am curious is fiverr safe!!
