Very late delivery and no way to contact support

Hi everyone, does anybody know how to contact support? I have a order in, it's very late.

I have tried writing to him, no reply.

I have just spent 15 minutes following links through fiverr to contact support, it appears to be one big loop.

The only route I can find is to cancel the order for a refund.

I don't want that, I want the logo that I have a contract for.

 

Can someone point me directly to a place where someone can help me please.

You can't do anything if the seller isn't available (due to unforeseen circumstances) or unwilling to deliver tho.

Thanks Strategist, I'm begining to understand that. It's just another platform with little or no control/protection. It's a shame, I've been using it over the years with no issues, just lucky I guess.

I've just been looking at the logo offerings again, there are multiple examples of 'different' people offering the same logos, so it's probally time to move away from this platform.

I know it’s frustrating and navigating through support usually is not straightforward because all the information users need are already in some article or terms. I hope you found your way to support and submitted your ticket already.

After you talk to support you will get a fair resolution, you just need to be a little but more patient cause there’s a lot of requests everyday so it takes time to review all the requests.

You will find the same issue with most platforms, therefore it is best to do your research before your order.
