  1. Yeah, That's the first thing I tried but there's no update available and the app shows up to date.
  2. Most probably! Who knows if there’s another seller providing the same service or if someone creates multiple accounts or violates terms from a public network. I always use cellular data when I’m outside to avoid unnecessary troubles.
  3. Haven't seen anything yet. Possibly not sure but they are currently removed.
  4. Clubs are removed and you can use the forum exactly as you did before but in English
  5. I think Fiverr occasionally organizes community meets and notifies the sellers from that particular region if I'm not wrong. Perhaps you could do the same globally with people around the world which seems even better to me but of course, everybody has their ways, and the club was more beneficial to you. Sadly now it's gone and we have to find different ways to make it work. Well, I'm not sure what happens on Facebook and I didn't get what you're saying here. I think everyone should be their own mentor and listen to their guts and check before blindly believing what others are saying. The club was no doubt a good and impactful place to seek guidance and help but the same can be done now globally and in English. If someone has a problem with English fluency then it might be terrible news for them otherwise it's the same as it was before. Hopefully, everyone can adapt to the changes soon.
  6. All these happen to me too and even on the older version I had to sign in every time I went inside the forum. Definitely some bugs there.
  7. Couldn't agree more, It was better before but I like the current homepage. Everything is organized.
  8. This could turn out to be a good decision. As most sellers are communicating with their buyers in English so they might as well do that in the forum and communicate globally with everyone. This somewhat forces everyone to learn English which can help them with their sales.
  9. As @priyank_mod said it's brand new and everyone is possibly facing the same questions. You can try following this "The Success Score Explained" this is a pretty generic explanation, but maybe it can be helpful in some way.
  10. I reckon they've helped you establish your account or probably helped you understand how to work on Fiverr otherwise I don't think they could have that much authority to ask for 50% of your income. Great job resigning from there. Work solo, seek help on the forum if needed and I think you can get far better guidance than those seniors of yours. Best of luck!
  11. Check your mail, there might be some details provided about the warning.
  12. Dhaka, Bangladesh. Perhaps a myth running in Bangladesh about getting orders if stay active on the site and forum. The statistics shouldn't be that off if calculated officially. I get bombarded with notifications of people reacting to every post and comment. Maybe the community leaders from Bangladesh can address this issue and educate them.
  13. Buyer can also accept the order to complete. If the buyer is asking out of scope work you can settle it through resolution center.
  14. Using VPN perhaps? Contact support and let them know your issue.
  15. Have you tried reaching out to support? If not, reach out to support and explain your situation. Hopefully they will look into it and resolve your issue.
  16. Happened to me as well, You’ve just been promoted so you’re probably doing well and fiverr is probably giving free exposure to the sellers who are on the way to level up same as you.
  17. How many Payoneer accounts can be added as a payment method?
  18. First of all, I think you should remove your profile banner with your contact info on it. Are the funds cleared?
  19. Possibly if your claim is correct. Contact support and provide all the evidence you have to backup your claim.
  20. I think it depends on a lot of factors such as your gig categories, your gig’s and your profile’s performance. If you're not performing better than your competitors then they will probably receive the briefs instead of you and I think they are sent only a handful. Keep completing orders successfully and hopefully, you will start receiving briefs again.
  21. It’s extremely difficult to be a pro seller (at least for me). To risk that for 20% is appalling.
