  2. Thanks Strategist, I'm begining to understand that. It's just another platform with little or no control/protection. It's a shame, I've been using it over the years with no issues, just lucky I guess. I've just been looking at the logo offerings again, there are multiple examples of 'different' people offering the same logos, so it's probally time to move away from this platform.

  4. Hi everyone, does anybody know how to contact support? I have a order in, it's very late. I have tried writing to him, no reply. I have just spent 15 minutes following links through fiverr to contact support, it appears to be one big loop. The only route I can find is to cancel the order for a refund. I don't want that, I want the logo that I have a contract for. Can someone point me directly to a place where someone can help me please.
