top rated not getting

I have access to seller plus and also have access to my portfolio and top clients I achieved top-rated requirements last year and still continue ordering but I am not getting top-rated rank why?

Which seller plus package ? Basic or Premium ?

if premium, contact your success manager, one of their purpose is to help sellers reach TRS

How long should one stay on the program for them to be considered for TRS? My manager says my profile is great and she doesnt understand why its not TRS yet, she gave me some small tips which I took care of, but I dont know what more to do

Seller Plus does nothing when it comes to becoming a TRS. The success manager might share your profile for TRS, but there's a specific team within Fiverr that will check your profile and decide. So don't expect Seller Plus to be anything other than a set of extra tools for you to use as a seller.

Just because you achieved top rated requirements, that also doesn't mean you will ever become a TRS. Continue doing great work and eventually you will get there.
